Don't bother going to this unorganized mess. Waited 30 minutes to get the wrong order of lesser value (ordered one of the big box meals and received the small box meal) and denied the option to actually receive my order.

Ordered a 12 piece dark meat bucket through Uber eats. Received 10 pieces with only 4 pieces of dark meat.

The chicken tenders were more like chicken fingers with hardly any breading almost doggie. The Cole slaw was blank and my potatoes were cold and I ate in the resturant

The store manager, Keni absolutely sucks. Would not recommend. He has a bad attitude, and very unfriendly service. Pretty sure he would spit in my food if there weren’t other people there. Facility is unclean.

Went through the drive through first off spent way to much money for the quality of food we got. Got home and discovered that we were missing all the dipping sauces that we had requested. The chicken tenders were so tough and over cooked they were nasty....its says enjoy my freshly prepared food on the box well this food tasted like it had set for hours and they just though it into the container. We have not been here for a while and now I know why...We will bot be returning anytime soon. For the amount of money we spent we could have e eaten at a sit down restaurant and been waited on. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customers.

Ordered, paid and was asked to park. A so called fast food drive thru was an over an hour wait. I thought the cars parked were of the employees, not of the people waiting to receive their food. If I had known that I would've never paid and gone else where. Unbelievable.

A quality place for quick food, sometimes they forget to season the potatoes.....

The first day of this new year, 2020, and we go through drive-thru to order some chicken dinners. Then as I tell them that I have 2 separate orders, they tell me it's not allowed. So I said, "you mean to tell me that after I pay for this order, I have to drive around to place a 2nd order? They said yes. So I drove back around and they tell me, "oh, we're sorry, we are out of chicken and all we have left are chicken tenders." Now I'm fumed. Never again will they have my business, it will be Popeye's all the way. POPEYE'S RULES!!!

Not a good experience poor quality of food and knowledge of staff will not be going to this location any time soon

They can't get their order right. When I went back the 2nd time, they wouldn't honor it. After I was told on the phone to come back in.

Fast service and fresh food.

Waiting over 20 mins.with 2 people in front of f me. Server was clueless giving each person the wrong order. That team was totally dis-functional and my order was still wrong

Forgot about me for 20 minutes and then gave me half my order when I came inside to finally get my food!! This is the second time I have gotten half my order from this location!!!

Absolutely rude customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. We were the only people waiting to order tonight and not one employee even acknowledged us. So after being ignored for almost 10 minutes we realized it wasn't worth our time.

The new wings were a huge let down. Not nearly enough sauce to cover the chicken, the wings tasted like they were left overs, and the sauce didn’t even taste like buffalo sauce. It tasted more like Franks Red hot.
