Usually, I like KFC.This one, in Mechanicsville, missed the mark.The one taking orders, checked and came back - first he said yes, they had, then no they didn't have broiled.When asked if quart container of tea came sweetened, he didn't know and didn't check.Asked for four paper plates - none. He put in LOTS of plastic ware.But the food was good.

Bestepicest kfc I've had in Richmond, bar none. (I know that's not a real word)Second time I've had chicken from here. Both times were late in the evening. (After 8). The staff have been all smiles and service was awesome. The chicken is amazing. Whoever the night staff is, y'all are amazing!
