Came in for a replacement meal. The the staff was very friendly and brought our food to us with a smile. Chicken was excellent!

Poor attitudes, slow, and incompetent. Almost as bad as Burger King.

Couldn't have been any router at the drive up window. When I ask for honey and butter she looked at me like I was crazy. Also very hurried meaning it was like they didn't want me in their line

This is my first online order from home, and it is totally awesome! I was surprised that the fried chicken was cooked just right because other people's comments are not so positive on it. As a Taiwanese student, I’m happy that my family can enjoy an American style meal. This fried chicken made my day :)

They are permanently closed now.

I will never be coming back to KFC ever. In the drive through line with my kid trying to figure out what we wanted to eat. And she was talking bad about us in the intercom. There was no one behind us so we had time to think about it. She kept complaining cause we were taking too long like she was in a hurry to not do her job. So we left and went straight to papa Murphys instead. I will also be filing a formal complaint about this.

I live very close to here and everytime I've gone threw the drive threw I've been asked to pull forward and wait the last time I was in the parking lot waiting they started to close before bringing my food out to me. And then the lady was giving use attitude about it. Never going here again

Gluten-free free loved it! Grilled with the Colonel's secret recipe. Mmm good

Order was correct and food is consistent since it's fast food chain. I have recived wrong orders prior and they always are happy to correct it then or next visit.

Make sure you check your bags yourself and don’t mind their attitudes better to know you have all your stuff then be messed up when you get home. Called the store and they didn’t really find anything wrong with it. Customer service needs work from both ends employees and management

Horribly slow, and rude management.. I've been here a few times and always have to wait a long time for items... for a chicken establishment it's pretty sad when they do not have enough fryers to keep cooking chicken tenders... I was told a 5 minute wait which was no big deal, but 29 minutes later, the 12 piece tender meal was ready. The young lady at the front (my receipt says her name was Paige) was extremely friendly and apologetic... she deserves a raise and should be made to replace the current rude management there.

It was clean and friendly. Just food temperature could be warmer..

Food was good but tables were not wiped before nor while I was there.

Paid for two extra sides and did not receive them. Two different visits in a row I failed to get my sides. Which is honestly the only reason I go there and have horribly disappointed both times.

Always want to make wrong order.Drive thru, tried order 4 tenders alone, she asked me go to 6 instead, go to pickup, asked me to pay for 12 pieces. This happened twice from 2 KFC restaurants
