Good food but I noticed when the younger crew is working they dont always get my order right. There are a couple precious older ladies who ALWAYS get it right so I try and go earlier in the day when they are running the drive thru

Aside from getting an 8 piece till up bucket with pieces of chicken that had no meat and we overly fried and way too crunchy when I asked for something different and then had to come all the way back to town to have them did it, the replacement pieces were really good and juicy!

This KFC was great..now. Not so much. :( It is the only one North of Little Rock before Jonesboro! They can't seem to keep the buffet stocked. They are too concerned with the driver thru. The only regular staff you see is the managers. They seem to get new crew too often. So they don't seem to know their jobs so they are on the slow side. The manager always seems frustrated with everything. I do notice she is one of the hardest working employees there. Bottom line is. The crew needs to learn to keep the buffet stocked and kept fresh. The manager is only one person. She can't do everything at once! We are tired of it. We have been going to this KFC for *years*! We are not going any more. Tired of paying over $30 for 3 people for a horrible buffet. :'(

Surprised by the buffet. Didn't know that they still offered it. It was super busy following church and the cooks had a hard time keeping the chicken and biscuits full. Will probably give it another try soon.

Old food, no food on the buffet. One really nice fellow doing multiple tasks, making you feel welcome and just being of service. Let's just see as The president puts it!!!!!

Great place for an afternoon buffet. Very clean and friendly place. Great selections on the food and dessert bars. My only complaint would be the price. Over $20 for two people seems really high. For that price we will go to a sit Down, be waited on type resturant and be pampered. Lower your prices and there will be more than TWO tables on a Wednesday afternoon buffet budget..

You know, when Popeyes came to town this place went straight to the gutter.

Most retail stores refuse $100s for 2 reasons: 1) Stores try to minimize cash on hand in the store, cash on the floor (or in the tills), and the number of times cash flows between the till and the safe during the business day for safety reasons. This leaves them able to break maybe a couple hundreds through the day and the choice to either refuse them outright or run the risk of a cash shortage in the day. 2) Counterfeits. If someone buys $5 of food with a bad $20, they make out with only $15 in change. Now replace that $20 with a counterfeit $100 and that person just got $95 from your store. $100's are harder to counterfeit now but the old ones are still legal and detection pens only detect one type of counterfeit and there are many. It's one of those situations where a business must find a balance between customer-friendly practices and those that practicality and sustainability demand. I'm sorry your trip was disappointing because they didn't take your money. I hope that helps!
