Kfc

I called ahead for a large order for a party just to make it easier on them. I drove 20 minutes there. The order was never started. I get my order and drive 20 minutes home to find the order is missing all the biscuits and one of the mashed potatoes! I try calling to complain and no one picks up the lines. Not what I paid for and very disappointing!

Service was good but chicken thighs and skin very dry

So I like KFC but this particular establishment is problematic. My last three visits have all been similar, even though it's slow the food takes forever. Part of the order hasn't been correct each visit. And it's always dirty, floors unswept, trash laying around, and tabletops in dire need of a sanitary wiping. If what's presented to me as a customer looks like that, I wonder about the parts I can't see. And why would dirty trays just be wiped down at the counter and returned to service? Do they not have a dishwasher? I'm hoping to revise this review for the better in the future but I struggle to want to even return.

Staff was rude before and after they gave me the wrong food. They didn't even apologize for their mistakes or the long wait.

Love there chicken

I usually LOVE KFC but this was my worse experience there ever. Chicken wing dinner: Wings were dried up and cold (obviously sitting around for way too long) mash potatoes with gravy cold and the biscuit was dry and crumpled up to pieces when trying to butter it. There wasn't even ice for the soda machine. The counter girl took a fit when I told her it was empty. Very poor management. The Col. Sanders would be very disappointed in this store.

Slowest drive thru EVER! sat in line for 20 min AFTER I placed my order. People behind me were backing out of the drive thru line! One woman left the line without her food. Frustrating to say the least.

Employees are slow or absent. Food was missing in order and had to go up 3 different times. Employees were in the bathroom more then working. Dirty restaurant and trash was overflowing

Biscuits are always hard as rocks we also ordered taco bell which were suppose to be beef fritos burritos no fritos or beef all rice the shredded chicken quesadilla was no chicken had rice and cheese wrapped in a shell... horrible

Every single time I come here the never get a single part of my order correct. It's just a 2 for 6 3 piece tender and crispy colonel sandwich only mayo lettuce and tomato, 2 small drinks, and 3 supreme soft tacos. Simple right? No it takes 5 tries to get my food correct the only part that's ever correct is the 2 drinks. Awful service!
