Donna makes this place (KFC) enjoyable. She is very pleasant I see her running around cleaning up very orderly ask people what they need she just sits herself Above the Rest.

Sitting in the restaurant now... watching the employees break things down and put things away...as if they're closing. After hearing them tell the patron in front of us that they were currently out of the pot pies, we placed our order only to be told they were out of mashed potatoes and gravy... and it would be a 5 minute wait for the potatoe wedges. I'll sit and wait for wedges... but you mean to tell me that for 2 hours yall are gonna just not make mashed potatoes?? Website and sings say yall Dont close till 10... its 8:02. Not a good look KFC..

I love KFC mash potatoes but I just had to throw out 2 containers in their fillip they delivered because there was so much salt it was not edible. Do not recommend ordering from this location.

Old food at the buffet so we got hot wings but the wings were too soft

Ms. Donna is the BOMB!! She has a great personality and made this trip worth while. The service here is great because the staff (led by Ms Donna) is so friendly. I would add that the associates should clean the tables more often especially after lunch rush so that the next customers have a clean place to eat. The entire time my family and I were there, the dining room was left unattended.

Old, hard, dried up chicken fried in old cooking oil that leaves brown grease stain on napkin. Had to pull hard crusted skin and still was inedible. Advertised free shipping false advertising. service fee+delivery fee,+tax+tip.Asked Grubhub for a refund. I will not use this location again.
