Kfc

Wow. The place was pretty messy. I ordered, then proceeded to the "gents" room. I'll tell you, there were no gents using THAT room, or if there were, there were many gents that visited since it was cleaned last. The trash barrel in there was overflowing with food wrappers and cartons. Private dining? I ordered a chicken pot pie. I'm not sure if the ambiance threw me off (dirty tables, a sticky chair) but it seemed old. The cashier was ok. The Dr. Pepper spicket gave clear fluid. The soda cup lid covers dispenser did not have small/medium lids. The Colonel would cluck in his grave if he knew.

Great place a must go, tasty chicken!

I had to call for 10 minutes at the drive thru to have someone getting my order and the service is terrible as much as I never expect too much for those places that was terrible

I used grubhub to order it, the meal arrived on time. However, my drinks is not there. I ordered a combo with drinks and ordered another Large Beverage. There's only chicken and sides. The driver said he didn't receive any drinks. I feel really angry about this.

Good food but too much salt

This location needs better management. Drive through orders are frequently wrong, staff is rude. Items are often out of stock or maybe crew doesn't feel like making them an hour before close. Food is fine when they don't screw the order up.

I ordered using grubhub. The food got in suspiciously quickly, but I was happy because I wanted the chicken. My happiness didn’t last long because the chicken was gross and old and stale. Biscuit was alright. The potato wedges were soggy and gross. Not a fan

New management, the food taste great and it's always fresh when I go. The manger he is always polite and want to make sure the guest is satisfied. My kids enjoy going to this location.

Very bad service. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich which barely had any sauce. When I asked if the sandwich has appropriate amount of sauce I was told that someone forgot to add sauce. I was expecting that they would add some sauce and give me the sandwich back. I was made to wait 5-10 mins and was later told that there is no more sauce left.

My order was missing several items. I ordered the 8 pc. Family Fill Up + 12 Extra Crispy Tenders Bucket, but instead of the 8 pieces that I paid for, I only received 4 pieces. It was also missing the sauces it was supposed to come with.

It took about 4 tries to get our drive through order correct. We wanted 2 small sides of coleslaw in addition to the meals we ordered. However, when all was said and done what we ended up with was a giant family size box of potato wedges, a side of wedges (not anything close to what we ordered), and 2 partially filled family sized sides of coleslaw. It took about 4 trips back and forth from a parking spot to the drive up window, in the cold rain, to get everything sorted.

Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. This place is like fried chicken roulette. The mash potatoes taste like plastic, but the chicken tastes good. The staff is nice enough, and the inside is cleanish.

Service was okay. Ran out of some items and it was lunch time. Could have been a much better experience.

I really like KFC chicken but this location has the worse employees. When I do get KFC I get it to go and i find they always forget something in the order when you get home. I've learned to double check my order before I leave, but they got me again the last time out. They forgot the gravy! How can you eat mashed potatoes with out their gravy? The other times the chicken is over cooked that it is so dry and hard. I've complained to corporate and management in the past and it never changes. 20 yrs ago I would eat here once or twice a month. But now I only go maybe twice a yr now. I wish they would close so I wouldn't consider them as an option for a quick meal.
