This has to be the worst run KFC in the area. Product never comes out as advertised. For instance if you order a chicken little sandwich as advertised on the sign it appears covered in sauce. When you get the sandwich it comes as regular chicken little with a dab of sauce on the top of it. Today they were completely out of sauces. How do you run out of sauce?? This is the 4th time in a row they have messed up the order or been out of something.

I asked about peanut usage. I am highly allergic. They said they dont use peanut oil nor was there cross contaimination. Wrong! After eating 1 piece of chicken, I had a reaction. Very sad!

Average at best..too expensive to be fast good. What happen with low budget fast food. $10 bucks won't get you two people full.

Whatever they are doing now is AWESOME! I had the best kfc food that I've had in years at this kfc in holyoke. The staff was friendly and they helped me order the best meal for the money I had. I absolutely will be back and I will tell everyone that the store is back to its glory days. Thanks again for the great experience

The cold slaw person cut into larger pieces, not mush. Good job. The bisquits were great. Chicken ok also. Give cold slaw person a few extra bucks. Thanks

I went through the drive thru, I asked to place two small separate orders and the guys said no. No one was behind at the moment. He said no, I asked really your gonna make me drove around and he said yes!! I was like oh, ok. Like really what kind of customer service is that. You made me go back in line and now there are cars in Lin’s so my food that I just got from you will get cold. Thanks I appreciate it!!

Before you go to this kfc .call first and ask them if they are open and how many chicken they have because. They told me they close at 9:30pm and I went at 8:30pm and they told me they don't have nothing
