Decided to do a little experiment to see how inept this store was, having had terrible service before. Every single time I decided to try to order something, it was either not available because it was still frozen and needed to wait an hour and a half for it or it was completely sold out or wasn’t available for some unknown reason. The times I got food that I wanted I was told to wait 4-5 minutes but ended up waiting 20 minutes. I’m not one to complain about a fast food restaurant but I’ve never seen something this funny/sad

The fryers were down when I arrived so order took 20 minutes. They told me ahead of time and i waited 25 minutes to leave order in hand. Manager was honest and treated her crew well. I'll visit again on a normal day for faster food. Fresh w as s delish!

It was pretty good, a 12 piece meal with all the fixings will run you about $40. My family wanted all original, but they only had half and said if I wanted full original it would be about 25 minutes. So we took half original and half extra crispy. I did however receive free drinks ðŸ˜

I waited about 15 minutes in line, andi ordered a bucket of chicken and they told me it was going to be 30 minutes to get the exact thing the person i front of me ordered. i felt like they were discouraging me from ordering becuase it was around 745 pm. i was disappointed and will not return to this particular location.

I'm impressed. This location has vastly improved from a few months ago when I was here last. I come late most of the time, like within an hour or two of closing. Always out of sides, or chicken, or both. Customer service was lacking. Today, though, I am proud to say they had everything available! The place was very clean. The girl behind the counter was helpful and professional, and smiling! 😄 Everybody was hustling and helpful. If this is new management, then please...keep it up!New manager of 4 months still doing great! Give them a chance, people.

Waited a long time and my drive through order was wrong. I know its cliche but YOU NEED TO CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY.

It sucked. We did not get the chicken we ordered the skin was black the grease needs to be changed. They do not have their act together to busy blaming other shift for why they are out of product.

drove through. was told it wad 4 min wait for food. waited 15 minutes in car and then went inside and it was still not ready. terrible customer service. never again.

They were out of chicken and understaffed like always. Manager on duty lied and said they don't accept coupons. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for service only to be told the coupon I got in the mail yesterday was no good. She didn't apologize or offer another deal.This place is ridiculous. Never again.

I've tried this location 3 times.. and each time drive through or walk in, it's a 30 minute wait. No chicken. Staff rude . Order wrong after that long wait . And not clean ...No more. This location has gone down hill so fast. What is wrong with this store. I won't be back . And I will spread the news .

Out of tenders. Never have sandwiches. Three times in a row order was wrong. Chicken was tough. Sides seemed old. Needs to get better. Not using this site any more.

Drive through is quick and the food is what you'd expect from a KFC. Never had any issues with the service, or food.

Two times I invited guests to my home for dinner planning on KFC being the main menu. The first time when I got to the store, they were out of chicken. I had to change my menu. The second time, I ordered the chicken a day in advance. I called ahead of time because I was nervous after my previous experience. Again, they were out of chicken but would have it in 2 hours, I was told. They did not. I had to change my menu again. This store is undependable. How can a KFC run out of chicken? Who's in charge of ordering? They are failing to do their job and failing their customers!
