The KFC has been remodeled, now it's a good restaurant to eat @!!! The associates are serving a great buffet that is kept clean and filled. Thanks KFC!

I had to wait for my food longer than expected. Most of the food was good but only 2 pieces of chicken were fresh and not dry.

Consistent food quality and taste as would be expected with any franchised restaurant. This location is very busy and you can expect delays at the drive thru at peak times.

If your looking for somewhere to get a cheap meal that will fill you up then head over to KFC for a awsome 5$ fill-up! Since they have renovated this location has made it a whole lot better and cleaner looking. And hey what more can I say it's chicken what's not to love .🐔💕

Unfortunately KFC didnt do too well this evening. I ordered popcorn chicken. The bottom half of the box had been cooked to long and the chicken was crispy all the way through. I should have took it back in , but I had ate half the box before I got down to the bad. Kind of weird the top half was good and the bottom half wasnt is all I'm going to say.

Excellent as usual. I had the buffet, which the employees do a really good job of keeping it stocked and watching to make sure everything remains clean and in order. Basically they try to watch closely to keep people from messing in it, which is a huge positive in my opinion. Really good food, prices, and service; friendly, helpful employees; clean restaurant; and a laid back, casual environment.

My order was wrong, had to bring it back in to be corrected, and the manager was completely arrogant, had a attitude, and was rude. Will not give this store my business again or recommend it.

RICHMOND KENTUCKY IS THE BEST KFC I HAVE BEEN TO SINCE 1974 WHICH WAS MY FIRST JOB IN KENNETT MISSOURI..THE OLD PRESSURE COOKERS WERE USED BACK THEN..I EVEN SAW THE COLONEL ONCE IN SAINT LOUIS MISSOURI AROUND 1967 THE RESTAURANT WAS JOINED WITH A BURGER JOINT THAT HAD A BURGER CALLED A PADDLE BURGER THE SIZE OF A DINNER PLATE..I ATE ONE WITH MY SIBLINGS OF COURSE..ANYWAY RICHMOND KFC VERY CLEAN..FRESH HOT FOOD..NICE HELP..CHECK IT OUT

The customer service was great the restaurant was clean but the food on the buffet was not very good the chicken seemed like it was there all day the biscuits were very hard
