Not bad. The workers tend to be a little rude but the food is good and my order is usually correct. People skills could be polished.

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR!! THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE WORKING AT KFC TONIGHT DID NOT WANNA SERVE ME SIMPLY BECAUSE I'M WHITE!! THEY LIED OVER AN OVER TO ME TELLING ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CHICKEN I WANTED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 30 MINUTES IN I WANTED TO WAIT!! WELL I SAID I'D WAIT SO I PAID AT THE WINDOW WENT STRAIGHT INSIDE AN OBSERVED EVERY CUSTOMER THAT ORDERED AFTER ME GOT THEIR ORDER WHICH WAS PRETTY MUCH EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED!! EVERY ONE OF THESE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED!! EVERYTHING THEY SAID AND DID WAS ON CAMERA!! AN OF I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE NEWS TO PROVE HOW I WAS TREATED TONIGHT... I WILL!! THEY WERE HOPING I'D SAY NEVERMIND AN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! EVERYTIME I POINTED OUT TO THEM THAT THEY WERE SERVING EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEY'D TELL ME ANOTHER LIE!! THEY CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO SERVE ME FOOD TONIGHT!! BECAUSE I'M WHITE!! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THESE EMPLOYEES ARE NO LONGER WORKING THERE!! THIS PEOPLE IS WHAT YOU CALL RACISM!!

Food was good but restaurant was dirty

Don't Go Here. The wait is super long and staff is unhelpful and rude, Including the so called manager. I order $5 Strip meal and was given 1 sauce. Anytime I order it I am always given 2 sauces. Mind you I had to wait over 10 minutes for 3 strips. I was like let me speak to the manager. She NEVER came to talk to me. I won't be back. Ghetto and unprofessional.

The grezzzziest chicken I ever tasted. The crust was all mushy, they gotta make a change of they want my money. The only thing good there is the chicken pot pie.

Customer service was good but the Crispy Colonel sandwich was not as good as i thought it would be. Not very attractive by looks, a lot of grease not a lot of flavor. Won't order that sandwich again.

Used the drive thru. Surprisingly enough the server was really nice. I love the buffalo wings (unsauced). The food is usually fresh and hot at this location.

Decent customer service but the chicken is grossly overpriced. The pieces are small and the sides are like warmed over canned goods. It really is a rip off. It's cheaper to go purchase a rotisserie chicken from Walmart or Sams and a couple sides from the deli. AND the food is actually better.

Horrible horrible customer service. I waited on average 20 minutes for food. The first time I thought it was a fluke since my brother said he had no issue. Second time I had to wait 25 minutes for food. To make matters worse, when I got the food it was room temperature as though it had been sitting around all day. Never never again!!!

The food was good, but they didn't have any popcorn chicken, which is what I really wanted. The food was very fresh, I waited 5-7 minutes for it to be cooked. The employees were friendly. The parking lot was very well kept! Good place to eat!

This is the KFC that I normally go to, reason being that it is actually the best one in Columbus Georgia. However, on my last visit I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the $5 2piece with mashed potatoes and gravy. Instead of getting the mashed potatoes in the white styrofoam container per usual, I received the small clear container with a red lid...like the small individual coleslaw comes in. There was very little potatoes in it. I called back to ask if the styrofoam containers were no longer used and the manager said no, that they now used the container that I received. However, when I went to the KFC site I still see the regular white containers. What is the truth? Were the containers really changed and you now just get a smaller amount? Or is it just the Manchester location that made this change?

My food was hot and fresh. The Cole slaw was good and the biscuit was nice and hot. The manager was nice and have very good customer service skills.
