They ratings going down. To sad

Aortic 12:30 order was wrong and they tried to double charge for beverages. Refused to give a receipt. Keep on moving. Staff very rude when manager wasn’t present.

Excellent customer service and the young lady at the window Friday night was so sweet and took excellent care of our family.

Do I really have to say anything about KFC it's awesome.

I waited 45 minutes. Then a lady came out and said they had to cook more biscuits. She said can we give you mashed potatoes instead? We said yes. I waited 10 minutes. I went in upset only to find out they didn't even have my food packed. The manager came out and said we were waiting for biscuits I told him they better get better ovens because they will lose customers. He said oh well. I had to wait inside 10 minutes to get my food. The manager didn't even say sorry. Then as I got down the road I decided to check my order no biscuits! I had to go back to get them. I WON'T BE BACK!!!

Food was hard and cold and the TIME they supost to close is at 10pm and it was only 9:45pm... you're supposed to have food hot and ready all the way up to closing time they served me hard-code chicken they had no biscuits no potato wedges love and only 6 hot wings is pathetic and I feel like they just remodeled KFC so it should have been more than that the employees should try harder

It was a long wait, they were out of chicken and had to cook more of original, and extra crispy, and it was around 7ish Alabama time! I was very disappointed with service!!

Still a pretty good product but for someone my age it's not what I grew up with in the 70s. But it's still a quality product

Chicken was good but the road coming into the establishment is super bad it has a lot of pot holes

They didn't have the drive thur open and they didn't have coleslaw and they forgot to give my wife her biscuit also and they gave use over cooked chicken.

Tried this location today, staff was not kind and food was not correct as ordered. Chicken was too salty and we were given the wrong drinks, wrong sides as well as no dipping sauce. This was the second location we tried in Dothan today and it was an equally bad experience. It is not often my family can dine out due to money being tight and this was a waste of time and money. Will not be dining with KFC anymore for a long while.

Just remembered why I haven't been back to this place in over a year, this time I'm definitely staying away. My stomach is gurgling as I write this.. bleh....

Terrible and dry chicken. I ordered a two piece dark original and they were out of original dark. So I got crispy and I literally threw up eating it. I just through it away. I told the cashier that it was awful and left. I will not be back.

Pretty cashier... smiles and service here are abundant 💯💯
