KFC

I had to write this. I quit eating at KFC several years ago after having repeat poor service issues at my local KFC's. Nothing was ever ready. They were constantly out of things, including chicken one night. They were rude, and uncaring. Not this place. I'm out of town, so I stopped in hoping for a better visit. I hit the jackpot. Angelimar at the location on Clark St was the most courteous and hospitable host, she made me feel at home with her warm smile and positive attitude. She was patient and even helped me pick a meal, as the menu had changed allot since my last visit. She recommended the best meal I've ever had at any chicken place. It was fresh, delicious, and even cost effective. I couldn't be happier with the service, or the food. Thank you all for the awesome visit!

One of my most favorite places to go... And always clean...

Upon pulling up to the order screen.. I was pleasantly greated.. but then asked to wait a second so by now two minutes have gone by and they have not taken my order yet then a different lady takes my order and doesn't give me a price and tells me she'll see me at the window my order came to a $10 even number which I find it hard to believe with taxes and I wasn't offered or given a receipt I was done told to pull forward and waited 12 solid minutes for my food and didn't even get a sorry about the way sir anyhow I wouldn't recommend this place they seem very unorganized and out of place and I'm willing to bet that my order never even got put into the machine and they stole the money anyhow it was a poor experience at this KFC

Greasy and small portions this time.

This particular KFC is very special to me cause my first grandson was born at Metro hospital 14years ago in my mind they can do no wrong. Each time when I am on this part of the West I come to them and its always the BEST. Very rare I run into problems if there's one the manager ALWAYS RESOLVES.

Yummmy. Food.

After I waited a little over an hour at Popeyes across the street and ended up not even being able to get my food I came here and it was the complete opposite service! The girls there spoke to me with such great costumer service quick and very hot food. Everything was perfect! Don’t think I’ll ever be going back to Popeyes after my experience At both places tonight! Great job KFC on Clark ave

Good chicken.

If I could give zero Stars I would first all had an employee yell at me for being 5 minutes early before they open very rude very mean to their employees pop machine wasn't ready to go over all poor experience would not recommend

Can someone explain to me why my son bit into a bloody chicken wing?!?! That is gross...

Wow chicken done right! The staff is great they make you feel at home. I would eat inside if the dining are was more family friendly. Put some tint on those windows... This staff deserves raises and incentives. Excellent team work!!!

Ordered 3 mash potato and I only got 1small gravy

They never have plates, they never have napkins, when you buy the buckets of chicken they always give you small pieces instead of mixing them and the girl at the drive thru had a nasty attitude 🤦🏾‍♀️
