KFC

Me and buddy had our heart set on getting some fried chicken we didn't have a lot cash to spend and we decided to get two $5 specials we came in late and ordered. The dinner had two pieces of chicken a breast and a wing, a biscuit one side, we got mashed potatoes and you get a chocolatee chip and a drink is included. The food was all good and just what we needed after traveling all day. As we were eating my friend noticed they forgot the cookie. I said I would go to the counter and tell them. The manager gave us two cookies a piece to make up for their error. That was a show of consideration I seldom see anymore. Good and friendly staff. We went to the Boone, NC KFC and it's on Blowing Rock Rd. or also just marked as HWY 221/321. It's easily visible from the road.

Excellent fast food chicken with friendly service.

Me and my wife had KFC in Boone tonight and also pretty often and this isnt just a one time occurence either. I ordered the 4 PC tenders box and she ordered the spicy famous bowl fill up, after telling them that we wanted the spicy bowl twice, they still failed to get it right, when we got home, I opened my box and one of my 4 tenders looked like it was just meat pulled off of a chicken breast and used as a sub for a tender. Needless to say well not be visiting this KFC in Boone for a while.

Boone, N.C. has always had a great KFC. We love the $5.00 boxes. Where else can you get finger lickin' good chicken? We've got it here in the high country! Awesome staff too. Love seeing our southern hospitality!

The food was great this time but the last time it tasted like ten dayold grease

Service was great! The meal was so-so at best. Had the 2 piece breast and wing $5 fillup, got the impression the chicken had been setting around a good while, and the breast was kinda dry and tough ....

The lady running the drive through was very patient and helpful. One of the best KFC's I have been to.

Every time I go here what I try to order they are out of they have a giant sign advertising Cheetos sandwiches on the menu and the person told me they stop selling those last week I don't know if the manager isn't doing their job or if I'm getting lied to at this point
