Place is awesome! Food is hot and fresh and absolutely delicious! If I have to wait for a few minutes for fresh chicken, why would I complain? It's fresh!

I love KFC, just not this one. Dirty, rude, slow, and you don't get your food because they only use 25 percent of the hot buffet space and only put out two pieces of dried chicken thighs when you ask for chicken. We had 4 people in our group and no we did not fight for that sad excuse for chicken.

One of the worst ones I've eaten at. Chicken was over done but cold and the mashed potatoes were gritty and runny

I love KFC chicken, but these Nashville Hot Tenders are disappointing. Crispiness of them is great and they are juicy inside, but if you want "hot" flavor look elsewhere. They are as "hot" as ketchup with some smoked paprika sprinkled in. Before I ordered them, I asked the cashier if they indeed are hot and she reassured me they were. But I should know better as every one has a different "hot" level. If you like spicy food like me, these are not for you. Oh, and the bottom of my tray was covered in grease. Didn't eat the last 3 in photo. Service was great & cashier was smiley & happy - so the 3 stars are simply for her!

I haven't been to a KFC for years so it was great. I had to wait awhile for fresh chicken but it was so good.

Entire time I was they never once brought out fresh chicken, gravy had been sitting our for awhile as well as the mashed potatoes. Didnt really care for their buffet all in all.

It was horrible she kept taking orders and the chicken was completely out. So all the people she was ringing up had to wait for chicken it was 10 plus min we waited for the chicken to be put out on buffet

The food is good. But uninviting dinning area, the buffet is how they get rid of the expired chicken. If the price is not a problem,(or how much salt you consume)it's good food. If money matters you can get more for far less elsewhere.
