Excellent service, food was delicious, clean and fast

Chicken sandwich was dried out because it had been setting under the heat lamp for 15 minutes. We ordered our meals and several other people got their food before we did. My wife asked the manager where our food was. He said oh its here staying warm. We had waited 20 minutes before we got our meal. No apologies for taking so long. And the staff was very rude. This is and will be our last visit to this store. AND THE MENS BATHROOM SMELLED LIKE URINE. I have never had bad experiences at any other KFC'S just this one. If you are driving by, keep driving don't waste you time or money....

99% of the time is quick service.always well prepared food.good prices.really like the option of 2 restaurants in one

05 10 2017 Staff nice. Just takes a bit to get your food at times. Wait time could be better in drive thru. They recently updated inside. It looks nice. If you see the pic this meal is 3 bucks with out the chips and cheese sauce, about 5 with all you see.

This place was disgusting!!! The place was filthy. The dining area was gross, no where to sit everything was dirty and my feet stuck to the floor. The service was terrible. The red headed lady at the register (receipt said norma but her name tag said Joana) was rude and kept telling out. She wasnt very professional and would just throw things in the floor, trash and other things. She was rude to her coworkers and kept saying, " who cares, I'm done, I'm done" and throwing her hands in the air while taking people's orders. No one had on gloves while handling the food and there was food and trash on the work and prep surfaces while food was being prepared. We had to get our money back and leave after watching how our good was being made. 🤢🤢

Used to Have A KFC in Metropolis,Illinois. So Disappointed they don't have one any more They Are good.You have To Go To Paducah if You want Fried Chicken or taco Bell.so Sad

When the crew is on point, this place is unbeatable as far as fastfood. But like all fast food. Perfection is unattainable.

Very disappointed. Everytime I go it takes forever to get food. Several times they don’t even get the meals right. I’ll remember not to go to this KFC.

I have always had trouble going to KFC on this house of the town, but tonight was an extremely terrible experience. Not only does it seem like the gentleman that is running the speaker is incompetent, the whole crew seems that they aren't even interested in trying the work to help the customers.
