I always loved KFC but here in Waynesboro is no good, customer service is terrible no matter who takes care of you. I have been living here for 19 years and take this to the bank, they are doing you a. Favor,with the attitude and if hi is to go half of the order is missing. I don't know who is doing the hiring, training etc but it has a lot to be desire.

The restaurant was relatively clean for midday, there were some tables that needed to be wiped down. The chicken, well it is KFC so it is good. I had the buffet and I sampled a coleslaw and the mashed potatoes which are also excellent. The desert on the other hand not so good. I tried the banana pudding oh, there were no bananas in it it was merely banana flavored pudding whipped cream and vanilla wafers. But the biggest problem I had was the music, I was subjected to rap music and Hip-Hop for the whole time I was there. Not what I would expect in a restaurant.

I have only been to this KFC since the renovation, and it's really great. The buffet is hot and delicious. Service is pretty good, but can be slow. The interior is comfortable and inviting now, with plenty of booths and tables. The drive-through tends to get backed up in the evening and on weekends, so it's generally faster to order inside. Overall, the food is hot and delicious!

To be honest they didn't have to change a thing with renovations, it was fine the way it was. Since they upgraded the potatoes are no longer the same and I was not happy about the way the tasted. My chicken was overcooked but the Mgr did make sure that I received fresh perfectly cooked chicken.Overall I'd give the store a 2 1/2, verses the 5 they would have gotten 4-6 months ago.

This was by far the best KFC I've been to in my life! The person taking our order was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to assist. This KFC has a buffet, which I had never seen before in one of their restaurants. I was super excited to enjoy collards, beans, corn bread, pudding, cottage cheese and peaches!

Food is greasy, no crunch just soggy. Very unhappy. Won't do KFC again. They use to be a good place back in the day but have lost their way. The Colonel is rolling over in his grave.

Chicken was dry and overcooked this visit. My husband called and was told by manager that basically if he couldn't come back for decent chicken tonight that he was just out of luck. When my husband was annoyed that there wasn't another option to rectify the issue, manager asked him "Are you done now?" and ultimately hung up on him. I'd understand if he'd been ragey and swearing, but he wasn't even being loud with him. Unreal. Worst customer/manager interaction we've ever dealt with.

Dining area and bathrooms were vile. Buffet looked as if it had been sitting all afternoon. Employees looked uninterested in performing their jobs. I think that they should close down if that is the best that they can do.

Love one of the few KFC buffets still around only issue is new chicken was brought out and placed on top of old so half the chicken was old and nasty and there were only a few pieces of crispy chicken available on the bar when asked for fresh I got 2 pieces and the rest of the family gave up waiting. Everything else was pretty good

They did a great job on our order. Chicken was extra crispy as I like.Plus I was very impressed with the. Bucket for $20..I exchanged 2 pcs.for breast pcs. plus I also ordered extra 2 more WoW!! The size were huge and I've never seen that size b4 and very well cooked. I will be back and order a great dinner like that. (3) of us ate and just 1 pcs was more than enough. And great on your mashed potatoes and gravey was a big hit too we had extra feedings on that. As well. Thank KFC- Waynesboro,VA.
