The food was excellent but the cashier was as rude as they came.Again one month later they have absolutely nothing and they're closing at 9 and they are rude people

On the evening of February 14, 2020 there was not a professional employee in this establishment. There are no words to describe how awful the service was.

Chicken was really good. Bought the crispy. Just cost a bit for family

They were out of biscuits at 530pm in the evening

Arrived at KFC and sit patiently for about 4 minutes at the speaker finally said hello, the employee said I'll be with you in a minute after another minute or two he said can I take your order and I tried to order the Cheetos lover box that is their main special and the huge picture above the menu board right now rather than apologize or say that there's they're out of it he just simply said "we don't have that!" The employees at this restaurant are rude and slow

This store used to be really good. The people where nice and the food came out fast. How ever since getting new management it has gone way down hill. We waited 20 minutes to get our food and had to wait another 20 minutes in the line with only one other car waiting. We get all the way home and our order was wrong the (receipt was right) so my husband had to go and get it fixed. The manager made excuses that they was busy with us and only one other person. So he gets all the way home again after getting it fixed. I go to sip my drink for the first time and guess what Pepsi. I hate pepsi! Something needs to change because the new management sucks.

I arrived at 10:15p.m. in the drive thru. I waited roughly 5 minutes before pulling forward to see two employees with there phones out talking. I honked my horn and she came to window where I told her there was a line in drive thru behind me and no one answered she said well we are out of EVERYTHING that they ran out at 10:15..... That made no sense. How does any fast food run out of every single thing? And if that were true I think it would be best to put up a sign and not pay the employees inside for absolutely nothing. I will be calling in the morning to speak with a supervisor.

Best chicken joint in town

KFC was a good stop for lunch. I hope they get done with the works going on all the way around their building. Even the drive thru is blocked off.

Over the last 3 months I have patronized this KFC twice and on both occasions the service was horrible. Both time I came it was around 6:30 pm. People were leaving the drive thru. I ordered a family meal both times and it took 30 minutes to get my food. I had to go in this LAST time and ask when my food was coming out. The manager was rude asking if I wanted fresh food well of course I do that should be standard operation and I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for it. The young man in the drive thru was sagging his pant and completely unprofessional. This place is an absolute Joke....

When my budget is short it sure is hard to beat the value of a $5 dollar fill up. I love the staff at this location in Midwest City. They always remember me and welcome me w a smile and great service. The quality of the food is always great and in my opinion better than other KFC locations.
