I have loved KFC since I was a teenager. This location is convenient and the food is delicious

Every time I go here they forget part of my order or give me something wrong, and you can't get a refund for missing items over the phone, forcing you to drive all the way back to the restaurant. I wouldn't care if I could just get my refund or if they could actually get my orders right the first time. They shorted me a piece of chicken in my $20 fill up, and forgot my extra gravy despite specifically asking for it.

1 st order got it wrong. 2nd time they forgot my biscuit. They had angry customers because they were under staffed and the wait times were long. 1 person to run the register and fill dining room orders. They need staff!

Still The Greatest Chicken In The Biz!!!!!!

KFC is a really good restaurant that i enjoy going to. The only thing is the chicken pieces are two small and that i need more food to become full. I dont care about the cookie or the biscuit i just need more chicken. I really like the food there and brings my mood up alot. thank you kentucky.

Nice and clean from what I saw. Order was taken quickly and delivered quickly. However an item was forgotten. I asked and had to wait a few more minutes to complete. Other than that staff was pleasant an accommadating.

Got ripped off on potatoes in the KFC bowl, which was extra ridiculous considering they told us it was already going to be a 10 MINUTE wait for specifically that. Ordered two other chicken tender meals, only to be told they're out of biscuits that come with the meals 😳 it was barely past 8:00pm.. they don't close until 11! 2nd bad visit in a row after having normally great service.

Order was ready when I got there. Very happy.

My first time here the cashier was not on point I paid to sit in they bagged our food but did ask if we wanted trays. My daughter and the grandkids found a place to sit I found napkins they desperately needed to refill the napkin dispenser then my order was totally mess up but the manager accommodate me without being told. Another customer says this place is always like this. They need some help I will not recommend this place to any person that doesn't have the patience to deal with this setup. My works in the area 3 yrs ago this place was on point. The food was fresh but I will not return. Thanks

Terrible service. Ordered drive-thru. After I paid they tell me it’s a wait to receive food. Don’t you think you should mention an extended wait when ordering or at least before I pay. Have to then pull to a spot and wait for food. Food comes out person leaves and of course it’s not right. It’s fast food. You can’t get that right?

Waited in line for ten minutes and not even acknowledged by the foul mouthed employee that was too busy talking about her plans for the evening, there was a manager/supervisor that was walking in and out of the office instead of taking stock of the stagnant sevice. I imagined that if they provided service in such a manner then the quality of food would match.

Bad oil smelling chicken. Place was dead when I went..U could smell the oil from the bag. Smelled so bad i did not take the chance. I did not eat it. Wasted money.

Manager was very short and rude. Wouldn’t give us what we ordered at other locations. Other workers were friendly though. But they are always out of chicken. Place is poorly managed. The food is great no complaints on that end.

Fast, hot and friendly.

They are rarely accurate with the orders . Called back to try to get something fixed and was put on hold twice , hung up on both times . Called back a third time only to hear he is understaffed . He has taken care of the issue ,but still ... grrr
