KFC

Hadn’t been to KFC in a long time. The chicken was over cooked and dry. Plus, had to wait 25 minutes to get my order. It was pretty busy so I was thinking will all the people, this chicken must be pretty good. Kind of surprised and disappointed on how bad it was. It was so dry and the batter was hard. I won’t visit a KFC again after that. It’s a shame, used to love KFC. Just to many good chicken places to waste my money on this franchise in the future. 😕

Ordered two dinners of extra crispy chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce. Received two orders of original tenders, soggy French fries and NO saucesOrdered three piece dark meat original receipt Received two extra crispy, and one breast spicy! Amazing... all wrong, and no one answers the phone!!!

Ordered a $30 meal deal through levelUP. Drove 30 minutes to pick it up at 9 PM on May 19th. Got there to be told that they were out of chicken! They have yet to even attempt refund my money. We have made calls to the store and spoke to Cat. Cat was very rude and would not refund our money. When asked for a manager's name and she stated that she was the manager and would not give a last name. So we asked for the District manager and was only given the first name "Reagan". So if anyone can help us please contact me via e-mail!

I'd like to start off by saying that I work in the fast food industry so I'm a very patient person when it comes to ordering. My fiance is still at this location for 45+ minutes, after paying at the drive through window he was asked to pull forward for our order, no problem there. 30 minutes later he finds out they forgot about our order and still had to prepare it! Only for it to be wrong! After asking to have the order fixed he was told it would be another 20 minute wait!

The store service suck. I wait at least 30 min in the drive thru. I well never come back if they don't fix the service. They forgot me and I had to wait longer than i should for 2 piece of chicken.

Ordered through their drive thru and waited for about 20 minutes for two orders of chicken tenders. Then the car in front of us drove away and they tried to charge us for their food but we politely told them what had happened and what we had ordered. They understood and charged us for the correct amount but could not supply us with a receipt. And then they included all the food but the wrong thing (ordered potatoes but got slaw). Not worth the hassle but the staff is friendly and understanding.

Everyone was nice, food was hot and fresh. They got my order done quick and it was abig order also they got everything right the 1st time

This is last time I’m ever going to the Beech Grove KFC I ordered a $ 10.00 chicken nuggets it’s supposed to at least 70 pieces but it way over cooked and hard as a rock couldn’t even eat it. I tried to call them I know there busy. Someone answered then hung up on me.

Like all fast food places they just hurried up and threw my food together which made it look like slop but me being me I still always try it and it was actually good tasting they just need to slow down a little it would look so much better. Kinda dirty inside as well. The cashier young man I gave a tip for his good attitude.

The chicken was really good, it was cooked to Perfection as advertised. The macaroni and cheese was a little bit cold after being served to us, but the mashed potatoes we're made fresh. The biscuits were as to be expected I just doused them and butter. The only thing that prevented this place from getting a five-star is that my order took about 20 minutes 225 minutes to be brought out to us. I think because of the wait time that's why the macaroni and cheese was cold and the biscuits were a bit hard but overall the chicken was really good

Like pink uncooked chicken? Like getting home and realizing a good portion of you sides are missing? Well, this is where you go. Not a mistake I will repeat.

I ordered delivery and realized I was missing the second potatoes with my order. I called and the man on the phone acted like he had double checked and I was lying. My husband picked up the potatoes and I noticed the biscuits weren’t here either (I don’t personally like them so it wasn’t a concern at first. I’m a potato gal though!). He went back and told them and had to argue with the guy there in order to get them. I won’t be back and I sure as hell won’t recommend this location to anyone.

$50 worth of food. Lady at drive through was rude. Chicken was tasteless and batter was falling off. Fries were old. Didnt have anything (I'm assuming due to the covid-19 which is okay). But the service and food they actually did have, was complete sh*t.
