This KFC Taco Bell is horrible. It has to be the worst run in the whole Kansas City area. I posted these pictures of the naked chicken chalupa because they barely put anything in the middle it was basically just a piece of chicken folded in half. They always do this to their food.

40 minutes for extra crispy chicken......don't think so. Irdered chicken strips i stead which wrre fair but biscuit that ca.e with the meal was harder than rocks ib my back yard. Called and had to leavr message which as if 35 minutes has not been returned. Will not be returni g to this lication!!minutes

Worst service ever. Corporate office will be notified.20 minute wait for chrispy chicken breast,(ordered 4 breasts & 4 legs), which I don't mind waiting for something I want. No one offer a small drink while I waited, or even said when done thank for your patience. No service skills to be found. Tried to check bag, missing gravy for potatoes, when I advised no gravy, woman didn't apologize, just glared at me (this woman needs to be fired, not work the public ever).Get home too 3 breast, 2 thighs, 2 legs. Drive back to store, advise need my correct order. No one ever apologizes (nothing).This location doesn't even need 1 star, more like a quarter of one star.Save your money, take your business elsewhere. (only 1 wonsn wearing name tag, she was working her butt off, on back side)Store needs to be closed until staffed correctly & customer service skills taught, and enforced.
