The Service was slower than my 80 year grandmother. The people who work here need to learn how to serve people the proper way. They are all out of line

Great service. I stopped to pick up lunch today at the drive through. The gentleman was so kind and gracious. He repeated my order to make sure it was correct. Although there was a line of cars it moved quite fast. My food was as ordered, hot and delicious.

HORRIBLE service. Doing uber eats, we're supposed to have the food ready & be able to walk in the door & take the bag off a table (since it's still quarantine time). But nope, they ignored my call & I went through the drive thru which took 40 MINUTES. Would never come here again.

Very slowly and ..... nasty place.....

Slower than molasses! 40 minute wait in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us. STAY AWAY. This isn't fast food, it's a joke. Once you're in line there's no way to leave the line, so you're stuck.

This place should either shutdown or get it together. I’ve been around the area for over 20 years and the consistency of horrible service is so absolutely tremendous, I must drive to the other location opposite of town due to this one being so bad.

Food is good: service could be better

Terrible experience. Messed up my order and the drive through cashier tried to overcharge me thinking I wouldn’t notice. She was also laughing at me and my order. I know it’s fast food but damn. I will be making sure no one that I know visits this location again.

Very very very slow. It's that simple, I have come here several times and everytime it's both slow and don't have the red beans that I want for whatever reason. I simply don't understand why it is this way, everything I go they are never busy and yet they take at least 20 minutes to give me my order. Please take your business elsewhere.
