KFC

Love KFC just not this one. Middle of the dinner rush & they where out of 4-5 things already. The manager & an other employee where fighting over who was right all in front of the customers. They have us other good to tru to make up for being ot of what we wanted. but who wants old, cold food that wasn't what you went there for.

Dry gross chicken like waste of money 2nd time getting it at this location and last time

They just remodelled the place, looks good but they should get rid of all the staff! Slow and not customer orientated. They act like your bothering them just by placing an order... wanna make the place nice? Get new staff!!!

One things need a better places for wheel chair enter restaurant. In Essex Jct.vermont

This place is understaffed. They are ALWAYS overwhelmed with drive through and dine-in customers and as a result orders get mixed up and delayed. Go here if you have half an hour to kill for take-out.

A bit pricy for chicken, but the original recipe is fantastic

We came to get a 16 pieces family chicken and sides as usual I went to the window and paid for it picked up and left, guess what? They didn’t give us what we ordered, very disappointed with the customer service.

Got there at 9pm after GPS took us to some non-existent KFC on Pearl St service was pleasant and quick

We are fond of KFC but this particular restaurant was disgusting. There was one cashier at lunchtime, the line was 6 people long. There wasn't enough of any food leading to longer wait times. The restrooms were dirty. The music was so loud you couldn't talk to someone right next to you. I would not recommend this one at all.

Way more frustrating than it should be. Not good service.

Very disappointed in the constant rude service at the Essex Vermont location, then to make our experience even worse, when we get home to eat we find that the food is ice cold and they also didn't give any of the dipping sauce asked for!! I can't eat cold food like this and now my young girls will not eat because they don't have the dipping sauce ( I'm sure all you parents can relate to that) It really sucks to once again to buy dinner that can't be eaten because of choosing to come here!!

A good cheap meal that's hot and competitively priced. I've been going there for over 50 years and will definitely go again. Always loved the mashed potatoes and gravy

Was a good experience

Came to the Essex location at 8:40p and asked for pot pies. The man said they were not going to make more, that they take 20 min and he didn't want to... Even though there was time before closing. This is rude and terrible service... Not going above and beyond for the customer. Poor service.

Food is turning into junk more then it already is I wont be going back ever again.
