The wings didn’t have flavor neither did the famous bowl ☹️ . and they didn’t give me fresh baked cookies. do better.

Terrible service. The place was dirty. One of the workers was flirting with a customer and asking for a kiss. The other one just handed me my bag and didn't say anything. Not even a thank you. I'll never go to this KFC against. It also needs a good remodeling.

Spanish she-he that took my order was not polite at all .very rude when i asked her a question.When you hire your emplyers youcshould trained them to treat custoners with great customer service..Kentucky is loosing customer not bevause of the food is the people that are working behind the counters.

Customer service it’s horrible not with cashiers but with management I bought wings that were stale and the manger tried to argue and push that what I saw wasnt stale greatfuly the cashier was nice enough to redo my wings but the manager lady has no customer service as a manager you don’t tell your customers that “I saw the wings nothing was wrong with them” then be like “let’s show the customer her order what a fresh chicken look like” like I don’t know what stale chicken looks or what fresh chicken looks like. YA SHOULD KNOW MONEY DONT GROW ON TREES NOR IT TO BE WASTED.

Rude customer service, and the smell of the chicken made me gag.

I order take out and they made me wait almost half hour there to get my food
