KFC

So I got the $20dollar meal deal and received a chicken with with one leg three wings and three breast. Now I'm not the smartest but I know chicken have two wings two legs two breast sections and two thighs. So if your looking for mutated chicken this is your place. With this type of incompetence this new location will be closed before it even gets the gas station.

We gave them four tries... we were excited it's near home and we really wanted it to work out... but no! not to be.1. Counter service this time was friendly and quick (1 of 4x.)2. Buffet offerings were old or empty (4 of 4x.)3. Management appearing unfriendly about our letting them know the buffet was lacking (3 of 4x.) Today they actually apologized while giving me my requested refund; ah the power of "I just want a refund."Because... I am right in thinking when I pay money, I should get what I want, right? It's not pay money and take whatever we have left on the buffet 'til we get around to it (except at this location.)

great that there’s a location closer to home now but i had to repeat my order multiple times. and i was still missing an item when i got it all home.

I saw all the bad reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad. It was. Mobile order wasn't complete. Had to pull up and wait for it to be brought out. But they never did bring me food. I gave up after 15 minutes of waiting, a full 1/2 hour after it was supposed to be ready. They didn't seem to have a clue about how to handle an online order. Never did get my food. With ordering and travel time I wasted an hour of my life and nothing to show for it. These guys deserved to go out of business.

Food was horrible not cooked all the way will never go back

It didn't even taste like chicken lol. The Walmart chicken at the checkout is better than this KFC

Food was cold and trays were empty, restaurant was dirty , they took a long time to bring something I don’t know if they are new but service was horrible!!!!!!!!! I would never come back.. the reason why I give 1 star is because I don’t see a -1 I’m so disappointed.

It was ok. It's a brand new location right off the interstate and has potential but needs work. The store itself was clean but I was not impressed with the restroom. The buffet wasn't fully stocked and customer service could use some work. Food was alright but I've had better at other locations.

I really dont understand the negative reviews. I tried this location because it's closer than the apalachee location. The GM (Harry) was the one who took care of me in drive thru. Literally the first drive thru where I could 100% clearly hear them over the speaker, which is nice. Took MAYBE 3 minutes to get my fill up boxes. Everyone was super friendly and I was honeslty suprised. I ordered a 3 piece tender basket and they even gave me 4 tenders because one was kinda small. I really dont understand why so many negative reviews. I'll definitely be back here.

Chicken was very greasy I paid 24.00 for 8pc and mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese . Big waste of money New building dirty restroom also.

Disguising and dry. Personally I would have thought this place being new was going to be worthwhile boy was I wrong. I came through drive thru and got a 5 piece chicken tender meal. The the whole meal was cold and the tenders were very small. The sides were not filled all the way. When I asked for some sauces I was was given a blank stare. No greeting or having a wonderful night. Like I said this was my first time and I will not be back. Super sad with kfc.

New place but need more attention of the management tables and areas not clean as must be I reported to the employees
