KFC

I went to this KFC on 2-24-20 around 6:30pm. As I walked in, a staff member was actively cleaning up the dining area (so that's always a plus in my opinion). The cashier was super friendly and very helpful. She was one of those people who brings a smile to your face because they enjoy working there. They worked quickly to fill my order, gave me a nice variety of sauces to try and even threw in a couple free cookies for the Kid's Meal because they had run out of applesauce (much to my child's delight)! My family was very impressed with the large size of the sides. It was more than enough food for all of us. Everything was hot and tasty. Nothing was overcooked. The breasts of chicken were huge and the breading was amazing and crunchy. Overall, we were very impressed, the staff was great and our order was filled perfectly. Great job Lebanon KFC! We will be back again.

I ordered a 12 piece meal original with the 3 large sides. I ordered 1 mash potato with gravy, 1 mac and cheese and 1 Cole slaw. Honestly most of the time I have faith in people to listen and make my order right and Shaquan you messed up. He ordered me 2 large mash with gravy and 1 large mac and cheese. Needless to say I got no gravy and no Cole slaw and never told me he substituted it. Listen to your customers and get it right and if not ask if they would like a substitute.

Was disappointed! Very small legs, no coleslaw and charged me 5.99 for a 5 dollar fill up!!! Website and commercials say $5!

Every time I’m in the mood for KFC their fryer is broken or they don’t answer repeated calls to make sure all is well before I make the drive. Sad face.

Just awful!!!! We waited an hour in the drive thru, they couldn't hear/understand our order so we kept needing to repeat it. Two of your staff were not wearing masks. Our food came jammed in to a bag making it impossible to double check our food. Upon arriving home we realized that they have us original instead of crispy and two of our sides were missing. We attempted to call the store many times but no one answered. My husband is now driving back to get the correct order and waiting in the drive thru line, again. It's our anniversary. This sucks.

Ordered Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Got a regular piece of chicken with mayo and pickles on bun. Definitely not Nashville Chicken sandwich. Waited for a long time for order. Gave us large potato wedge for wait. Would have rather had correct order than potato wedges.

Even though the virus is going around the store is still very good

Haven't been there in years because it was dirty and the food was horrible. Decided to give it a try again and it wasn't bad. Store was much cleaner and the customer service much improved. Food was good. Still some work to be done but what a turn around. I'll be trying it again hopefully they continue to improve.

Food good & prices reasonable.

Its 12 -30-19 at 845 pm I just ate here and there were fruit flys everywhere flying about my food and drink. The place is disgustingly dirty

The lobby is closed. Only the drive thru is open because they are "too short staffed and the fryer broke". Edit: truth, the staff is phenomenal. They could bail out a sinking ship with a thimble. They are worth their weight in the purest gold. Now let's see if the home office will wake up and help them out.

Very friendly staff, did not have what I wanted and so I decided to wait 20 minutes for it to be done. They were very apologetic and threw in a chocolate cake. Good Service and the food was good and fresh when I got it.

Disgraceful!!! Got there and one customer ordered a large quantity over the internet (the day before). Another was there with his spouse. And I stopped in for six wings and a bowl. We all waited close to a half hour for our food due to the staff being totally uncoordinated and not even being able to find the internet order. People were coming in and leaving because of the backup. Promises of free food were given. How they stay in business is beyond me.

Don't go here past 8:30. I did and apparently even though their sign and website say they close at 9. At 8:30 they lock the doors and just ignore you at drive through.

Great place! They DO place "Quality over quantity"! Even though the air didn't work? Employees made the atmosphere cheerful and friendly"! Managers friendly and it was an all- around adventure!!!😀😀😀😀😀
