Had the buffet and it was good for the most part. The cabbage was scorched a bit and the biscuits were kind of hard and cool. The service from the cashier and the lady working the lobby was polite and courteous.

Waited in car for 15 minutes before ingot to order only to be asked to wait again for another 5 minutes did get food promptly food was warm not hot and mashed potatoes were not good at all

Asked for a famous bowl with extra gravy... got a bowl with no gravy. I didnt notice until I was home.

Go pretty much for the chicken livers and they couldn't keep those especially fresh ones or any for that matter. But what I did get was really good.

Food is good, customer service needs work. I am very clear when I order what I want, I dont always get it! The last time I called the store to complain. The manager on duty offered to make it right if I wanted to come back then or a later date. I choose a lless date, she took my name for when I came back. So . . . . When I went back leas than a week later the shift leader said "she could do nothing without a receipt". Well I would have kept it if I knew I needed it, but tough luck for me! There are other places to buy chicken!

Specifically asked for sauce for 2 3 pc tender pieceMeals, did not put any in the bag or utensils to use for our sides of Mac and Cheese called from our hotel room expected me to bring the meals back after driving 500 miles from NJ to Galax, VA. Rudely would not offer to replace later, wanted them brought right back only.
