Something was "off" for our weekly take out Oct 4th. Asked for 4 piece Original recipe, mash potatoes/gravy, and cole slaw. Went inside to order as drive-up was jammed. When we tried the chicken at home it didn't have the taste/texture of either Original nor Extra crispy?! It was dry with no taste whatsoever. Also one of the 4 pieces was the size of my thumb!! Maybe the staff was being rushed and taking *short cuts*. We'll see today =0

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat, the service wasn't the best, the food was mediocre though it was late and there weren't many other options around so we were happy they were open.

Slow service and rude employees and they gave me the wrong food twice. Also the dining room was dirty

I dont know what was going on today, but it straight up smelled like an outhouse. The food was good, but the order was wrong so it was disappointing :/

I ordered six wings crunchy and a large coleslaw they gave me a small coleslaw and foyr wings original i took my order back and they didn't do a thing about it the girl in the drive thru lied and said thats what I said and ill never go there again

They said that they couldn't do split payments with cash and a card, which is completely inaccurate considering they are a big food chain. Also, the order was incorrect, my boyfriend ordered from the Taco Bell portion and clearly stated what kind of crunchy wrap he wanted in his big box meal, and received the wrong kind. The guy was consistently put off by everything, and shouldn't work here. Never coming to this one again. The KFC by ECC is a good one. :)

My 3 piece tender $5 value box was a waste. The chicken was cold and tough-like it was made an hour earlier. Not enough ice in my lemonade, so it was tepid. Stick to the chicken-that's generally fresh.
