The food was good. It was nice to go to a restaurant and get food that was nice and hot. Mr John, the gentleman, was incredibly nice. You do not often find someone that nice these days.

Food was good, fresh, & packaged with care. Staff was helpful, friendly and considerate. Unfortunately the temperature in the restaurant was insanely hot (I've worked in food service for many years, & that was obviously NOT intentional; temp was somewhere between 84 & 94 degrees. Ridiculous & unreasonable working conditions for the employees IMO, as well as uncomfortable for in-store dining), so otherwise 5 stars!! My first visit to that location but the staff goes above & beyond.

Chicken was good, but they didn't have certain "kinds of chicken" in stock (weird since it is KFC and its specialty is chicken)... they did substitute others which was nice

The guy at the register was very kind and fast to take my order. Had to wait for the chicken to be cooked but that's okay it was delicious and fresh. The supervisor in the back was kind of rude to his staff stop it. It's dinner time you're going to be busy

They never seem to have enough staff. Inside person has to take orders and then pack the order as well. If it is a larger order, this means the other customers have wait longer.

We had great service!!!!! Picked up a lot of chicken at the last minute and they provided everything we would need!!! The woman helping us (and I really wish I got her name) was one of the most friendliest persons I’ve ever dealt with. We did take it out so I can’t comment on the facilities. But She made sure we had everything for our large group. The food was your typical KFC. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
