Staff was nice but they forgot plastic ware to eat my $5 famous bowl, and also forgot the cookie. Manager did make it right and the food was good!

The food and service was good but the dining room floor and floor behind the line was very dirty piece of chicken, fries and someone's water bottle on floor. This was the one at Great Southern tonight around 6:30 PM

Food was great. Fast service. Inside was clean. Bathrooms could've used some attending, but otherwise a good, fast food option.

Food was good and accurate. Mac and cheese was good but didn't have a good presentation. The Sobe water was out and they didn't have more to replace it, the manager knew this but there was not an out of order sign on. Lobby was pretty clean. The keep the tea behind the counter so I had to wait for someone to up front to ask for it, that included having to get someone's attention.

I ordered the KFC Famous Bowl ( get the $5 Fill up, better deal). Lots of mashed potatoes. Not enough gravy or chicken. There actually was enough cheese this time. I also ordered the strips ( get the $5 Fill up better deal) . The strips were DRY. I ordered the buffalo ones but no sauce on them or in the bag. I fed them to my dogs. They liked them. Price for deals was great.

I understand that in buisness things happen unexpectedly. Today was such a thing here. They were busy all day and I had to wait 15m for them to cook chicken. They did apologize and tried their best to compensate. If I hadn't had a long day I would have given a higher score only for the fact that they tried so hard and was so nice

Drat these diet destroyers. Their food is just too tasty. Also the weekday specials are a great value. The kids love the Wednesday $5 special. You can't feed them at home as cheaply. The KFC staff on S. High are patient. Kudos to them.
