KFC

The Driveway and drive through have massive potholes. I used the drive through but was lucky enough to have to go inside since they left 1/2 my order out of the bag. No apologies for the incomplete order or the inconvenience. The price I was given when I ordered was not the same price I was asked to pay at the window. My fault for not checking more closely, while I waited for my order to be filled the second time, to see if the wrapped items in the bag were correct. They were not.

The Colonel's staff need to s yr at on top of keeping those delicious chicken pot pies ready

Disaster. I waited at the Bethel Road KFC for perhaps 10 minutes in line that really wasn't busy. I ordered the 2 breast and wing combo. I got the order quickly, but it felt rather light. When I got home my order turned out to be a thigh and a leg with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I do not like either of these pieces of chicken. Tried and tried to call to let them know and no one answered the phone. This place is a disaster. Look before you drive away to make sure your order is what you ordered. Shame on KFC for allowing this franchise to exist. 1 star but I didn't want to give any.

Food was good, well what was right was good. I ordered on GrubHub, had a great deliverer and a fast delivery, it gave me high hopes for the food. First thing I noticed was part of my order was wrong, I ordered mashed potatoes without gravy and got mashed potatoes with gravy on top. I didn't think much of it and was going to leave a higher review until my dad mentioned that he did not get a biscuit with his big box meal that I ordered him, that he instead got popcorn chicken in it's place, lucky for him I ordered extra biscuits which I did get with my order, but the popcorn chicken utterly confused us and we had no understanding why it was there as the item said it did not contain it. Other than that the chicken was moist and the rest of what we actually got was good

Very bad service :/ they treat you nasty here... felt kinda racist because of my latino accent .... lady was screaming speak!!! Englishhh!! ...

They forget to give you items often. Definitely check your food prior to leaving.

Person ahead of me ordered. Was still waiting on his items when I left at the 20 minute mark. There was also a lady who had ordered before I arrived and still hadn't received her order. I never got to order. Drive thru seemed to have top priority with lobby having no priority.

I occassionally like their food , but cannot eat it often. It is not the best chicken. Love the seasoning. The mashed potatoes are like white paste. The gravey is good, the corn bread is top notch , the beans are good , the corn usually tastes funky.

Food was great. The only complaint I have is the actual restaurant seating. Many of the cushioned booth benches have lots of visible damage and cracking. If the store could get newer ones, the atmosphere would feel more cleanly.

As a long time fan of KFC, I’m very disappointed with their service. Missing item in combo, no ice in machine, ordered original but received crispy, prolonged waiting—very disappointing.

Was going to order off grub hub but my time got changed 3 times. Ended up driving to this location to get some lunch and they didn't have what I wanted so I ordered some tenders. The person taking the order didn't give me a chance to say what sides I wanted or dipping sauce her attitude was overall horrible. Maybe some training in customer service for the employees would help but all in all I won't be back and won't ever order off grub hub again

Seems like a miss unorganized location. With 2 people in line if front of you should it take 10 mins to place order?

They still have the best chicken pot pie the crust is great and it's always consistently good I feel like the chicken can be hit or miss and don't go too late I feel like they don't want to feed you that there's nothing left worth eating after 8
