Anthony the manager is the words representative for the customer service , I purchased a $20 dollars fill up and no receipt with the purchasing , and they package a wrong order, manager didn’t own their mistake and they try to blame on the customer, I was told come back and he will replace the order that is all what he will do. He never said sorry or I apologize for the mistake, he said I will make it up for your mistake (customer fault) what kind of manager does this? What king Manager doesn’t honoring the mistake and fix the problem? So disappointed at this service.

It's KFC. They get 4 stars because they're better than most KFCs and better than most other fast food restaurants in the area. Customer service is usually very friendly. Oh, they have buffet, too, so you can get your fix of the Colonel's special recipe until they need to roll you out the door.

The KFC food there's would put the store in my area out of business chicken was fresh and hot

Buffet was great but 3 stars because I continuously had to implore them to put chicken out and when the did it was only the original. We paid for buffet with all types out. Having to wait to get extra plates and chicken made Golden Coral look good. BTW the one extra crispy breast in the buffet was there when we came in and still there 53 min later, the bin never once having chicken put on it. Arrived at 1213 and left around 1315.

They have an all you can eat buffet of their food items for less then $9.00.

Today was a good visit. The food was fast coming out and it was hot and fresh. The employees were all very friendly.

They know nothing about customer service. Most places account for inconveniencing a customer. I had to go back in the store ti have my order corrected and instead of leaving the wrong items or saving for someone who may be hungry the guy threw them out. No cookie or soda was offered to make up for error. They shoyld really liok into better training and better people to serve the public. A sorry for the mix up would have been nice. The chicken eas good which I guess is all that matters.

Excellent food! They have a buffet at this location. The employees are nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean. The A/C made it nice and cool, which is a relief on a hot summer day. Thanks for the enjoyable experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Hit or miss under staffed always. but the cashiers are very attentive and nice

The employees in the food prep area argued loud enough that the customers in front could hear them. They were rude and had an "I don't care" attitude. I was not impressed at all and won't be going back.
