Very bad, they put a lot of oil, which taste so bad, no crunchy, all soggy food

They really don’t make kfc like they do anymore never again will I order from here everything from the chicken to the fries were stale

The staff were absolutely worst!! The Cashier behaved like she was done with life and screwed up several orders in a row and would not compensate for any of those mistakes, just accused the customers of being wrong or lying. Our meal was missing both sauces and the drink. Will not ever come again and highly recommend to avoid this place.

It was good the food

If you want to hate KFC, this is the best place to be. For the first time in my life I have eaten chicken Fingers that are so hard and so dry, that even dogs would refuse them. The place is not hygiene and I would like to know if there is inspection done often by competent people to see the way the chicken are fried and the temperature they are kept. Being myself a food & beverage supervisor, I believe that there are so many leakages with this KFC. Will never go there again... Poor image for a such a place.

The chicken tenders was too salty to be eaten.. i bought food for 6 people and no one ate more than a bite.. A total tragedy.

Please eat anywhere but here. The homeless sit in there and cause an odor. Also, overpriced

Order placed: a K17 spicy chicken sandwich combo with no sauce and an additional spicy chicken sandwich with no sauce.Order received after an appropriate 10 minute waitA regular chicken sandwich with the sauce on it, potato wedges, and somehow an order of regular chicken nuggets.Well, they got the potato wedges and diet coke right but zero accuracy on the chicken and a long wait. This wasn't the result of being slammed either, they just really seemed to not care, not communicate, and we processing at a really casual pace.

I wish I could give a zero star. Rude staff. Absolutely garbage. Makes me never want KFC again. They got me and my boyfriend’s order wrong THREE times. By the third time I didn’t even want to go up to the counter & get it corrected because I was just over it. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. This place needs to get new staff ASAP.

Love the food but the service is not!Good thing it’s strategically located at the Penn station but those staff need to learn to provide better service and be friendly!Nevertheless I love the hot and crispy chicken and the potato wedges. Here, the cheapest menu with one chicken, potato wedges and cookie is almost $9 The eating area is small but quite clean. And it’s handy for travelers at the Penn station

The food taste like it is suppose to. Its fast food after all. I have little to say about the food. Now the service is another thing. In this location KFC is connected to Taco Bell. I've been here a few times since I work in the area. They are beyond slow. I don't find that they are rude they just look miserable and tired. I had ordered something from both KFC and Taco Bell on my last visit. I got my taco first almost right away and 12 whole minutes later I got my KFC order. I was so annoyed and so was everyone else waiting for their chicken. There was over 9 people waiting for their orders and the staff on the KFC side was talking away without a care in a world. Granted it was 1ish in the afternoon and there was gonna be a ton of people. But its insane to me how they have no sense of urgency to get people out of there

Just nipped in for a snack. Quick service and pleasant staff even though it was busy. Cheap and cheerful and tasty chicken. You can't go wrong.

Worst run KFC ever. I went and was told they didn’t have any of the crispy recipe, it would be ten minutes. Really, you don’t have any fried chicken ready at the fried chicken shop? Who is managing this??
