KFC

Every time we hit up this particular KFC/Long John Silvers location they are out of hush puppies, which happens to be one of the biggest reasons for going in the first place. It would also be better if this particular location would introduce the fish tacos, that are available at other locations, to the menu. Not to mention the fact that the parking lot is atrocious, and something in the lot caused our car to get a flat tire, which couldn't be patched/plugged and had to be replaced. Overall we were very unhappy with pretty much all of our visits to this location. Things definitely need to improve in order for my family to even want to return here.

I went there to get food and my order wasn't right so I called and the woman on the phone said she was the manager and she told me to Hang on, And then she hung up on me. I've called back 3 times and nobody's answering the Phone. She more or less was questioning me. I was not happy but she was rightly rude to me. I spend $14.25 on this order. I'll keep trying to call. Or I'll talk to somebody in the morning this is ridiculous.

Work off of Alum Creek in evening around 830. Whenever I want chicken in this area i come here and they are always out of breast. They close at 930 and they cannot seem realize cook more breast than other pieces so you don't have shortage. Always a disappointment here. Need to hit the one by house. Even though food sits in car for the 15 minute drive. Got to start to remember not to come to Alum Creek location by 270 exit.

Food was good but Staff was rude and service was slow.

This is hands down the worst KFC to go to. If you're on Alum Creek in Obetz and see KFC and want it, keep driving by. My mashed potatoes weren't even mixed - They still had instant mix that was not stirred in. Chicken was dry af and super chewy. Their customer service lacks and the employees are not nice at all. I wouldn't even recommend this KFC to my worst enemy.

Closed on the inside because lack of employees, deleted chicken livers, no batter, no ice, food was old, only can get one type chicken(crispy or original, which ever they tell you) and service very poor. Each complaint was a separate visit. Been going there for years, they should just shut down now. Not the same anymore. Employees should NEVER hand anyone food that they couldn't eat. It really gives KFC a bad name.

Fpod was good, but restaurant is filthy...needs good scrubbing and scour as deep clean, but also diningroom attention...chairs worn, but grimy, tables and with crumbs...went in at 11:15 AM, so, wonder how bad AFTER lunch? Friendly staff... bathroom needs a good scrub too...sink, commode, walls, floors... hope they clean up as food was good, staff great.

Love the food but WAAAAY to expensive for chicken. Yes, it is good. But come on... You need to order 2 buckets to feed 5 people and you are talking like 40+ dollars for fast food?? I know l, I know, expensive is relative. But if I wanted to pay dine in rates I would go to a nice restaurant not fast food. I have said it before give us poor working stiffs a break. 🧐

Great food staff is friendly but took 30 minutes in drive thru.

this is the worst restaurant I’ve ever visited. Not only are they slow but rude.. to keep the peace in my life I will not be returning! Good luck
