WOW! I was blown away!! The two young Ladies who were working the counter, FIVE STARS âââââto the both of you!! These young Ladies greeted us with beautiful smiles we felt welcomed right away! They were polite, spoke very well, they were professional, knowledgeable with their menu...It was as fine dining of an experience as one can get at a Fast Food Restaurant.Another WOW!! The female bathrooms were SPARKLING CLEAN ! WAY TO GO TEAM!!

Great customer service here , the general manager is serving customers on the til working the front . Very promt and correct service confirming orders and correcting immediatly if there is a problem . Food is put out at a good speed , average taste for KFC . Only complaint all tables need to be better maintained with cleaning .

I'd been going to the Nordel location since I moved into the neighborhood and have been sadly disappointed in one way or another every time. Figured id take the extra time to try this location out and was not disappointed whatsoever. Fresh, hot, sandwiches were well made, and service was as accommodating as i could hope for.Keep up the great work

I'm giving 3 stars not because the food was bad, infact it was delicious, served hot and promptly. However, the customer service was poor. The people behind the counter were grumpy and lacked basic courtesy, they did not even say thank you or please or smile. What a disappointment, because customer service is as important as the food served. Be cheerful guys it's not that hard!
