Ordered a 12 peice dinner.Got home 8 thighs and 4 legs. Biscuits were smashed,when they,put the,top on. Chicken must of been recoiled in old oil.Chocked was nasty. Not like it normally is.Resturant and service needs major,improvement. Need to redo all us it was not at all good, they out made,us something. Very much,disappointed.

The building is very old and it shows and for that reason I could tell that they work hard to keep it as clean as it is. I’ve been to cleaner restaurants and had better food but the staff was polite and was working hard cleaning up.

We love KFC on Silas Creek parkway but......Time and time again they don’t have any chicken pot pies and no dark meat if we change to order a meal. Management needs to step in.
