We ordered a 12-chicken bucket with bread, fries and gravy on the side. We waited for around 15 mins and then we got home and found that they only gave us 8 pieces instead of 12. So we called them and they told us that we would have to pay for delivery even tho they forgot the chicken in the first place! Unbelievable! Never going back there, service is usually bad for us

If my lettuce wasn't rotten they would've got a 5 star. Service was good. Chicken was good. Lettuce was rotten. Who does that. Disappointed

Came in with one person waiting for food... we wait a while to order as the people working seemed busy...which is fine! But when we finally order, it’s an employee with attitude! We order and four other people came in... two got their food before us and then someone asks why we’re waiting? Another person got their food and we’re still waiting! 40 minutes later we finally get our food and it was disgusting! Sad it was such a terrible experience!

Fries were like warm, soggy minnows.Chicken was warm and greasy. Was hoping for hot fresh food.

Clean,friendly staff,don't like the fries..can't have it all..Had chicken finger were really good..dunked bread in gravey...HAPPY😋

Who doesn't like having someone else make dinner and it being chicken!

Third time In a row I get home with items I’ve ordered missing. Tried calling to report the issue and the lune has been busy for almost an hour. Call centre cannot help... ridiculous customer service when even a small order for three people cannot be done correctly.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Ordered from this location twice off of skip the dishes. And it was has horrendous both times. First time I ordered my chicken was burnt and tasted like smoke. Second time I ordered my fries were so stale and over cooked they were hard and non edible. They also forgot half of my order and my chicken skin was all soggy. Don’t waste your time or money on this location of KFC.

Modern, clean interior with a large menu sure to satisfy everyone. The cashier was friendly and quick to answer questions.Food was a bit of a wait but it was fresh and tasty, a bit on the greasy side but what else can you expect from KFC?Overall it's a good KFC location, I'm likely to come back.

... It was mediocre at best for a 25 minute wait. 2 chicken bowls and a peice of cheese cake has never been so sad.

Pop corn chicken love it

Waited 15 min for small popcorn chicken and again no sauce. The other day ordered same thing. Got gravy with a mound of something in it. No sauce for dipping. Service sucks

If there was a minus star rating I'd use it! This is the worst KFC location! The service is beyond slow, they can't get the simplest order right and for the cost of their meals you'd expect the quality of food to at least be good.....yeah, don't expect anything but disappointment from this location!

Food is the same as it's always been you either love it or you don't , spicy big crunch and a poutine always seem to hit the spot , or grab a bucket and eat all the skin (that's the best part )and add a side of maccaroni salad. either way the service is moderate they never seem to have anything ready ( which can be good or bad ) , but the foods always fresh .If your in a rush this is not the fast food place for you.
