Please don't welcome me to KFC if you're going to tell me that that half of your store is closed.Just came back. They have the wrong hours. They actually close 30 minutes earlier. Thanks.

This place is trash. The whole restaurant felt like it was neglected: the tables were flithy, sticky, and unappealing; it took me 5 mins just to get my order in with nobody in front to me or at the drivethru because the workers just minded their own business. Plus the rug under the soda dispenser is absolutely horrendous. KFC is going downhill, eat at Popeyes instead.

Get orders wrong, make you pay for it and when you try to call, either you get a deafening tone or they hang up

Clare county store sucks been there at least 4 times in about 3 months and every time no original chicken and every time was ask to buy crispy or tenders what's the chance on not having original recipe every time????? What a joke morons

This location in Lisle, IL needs help. Went there today 12-20-19 at 10:20. Waited in car until they opened at 10:30. Walked up to door it was still locked. Went back to car to wait until 10:40 door was still locked. Called the store and no one answered. Stood there for a minute and an employee just looked at me and walked into the back. There were about 8 other customers who wanted to come there too, but left because the doors were locked. Sat there for a minute went to the drive thru at 10:55 no answer. I haven't had KFC in awhile and really wanted some. Will not be back to this location again.

Came for a chicken pot pie before they were prepared for the day. The staff told me as much, but I chose to stick around and wait. The kind staff not only gave me a free drink upgrade, they gave me a free single serve chocolate cake.TLDR:Food was great. staff was excellent. Go here for food.

Out of some things I wanted, but overall ok

Always slow, not clean. The parking lot is ripped up. I've never been here where they didn't tell me to pull around to the front and wait. What is the point of having a drive thru? The food is ok

Waited in the drive through lane for 15 min, only to get to the speaker to find out its closed. No readable indication from the drive through lane it was closed a noon.

I've ordered from here before and have never had an issue. But I recently I had ordered there chicken tenders. And I have to say the these chicken tenders are the size for a toddler. How is someone gonna be satisfied with these tiny things. Kfc has lost its touch.

Hit or miss, sometimes a quick meal, sometimes i could just make tacos from scratch faster than these people

Terrible! Terrible😫!!!!! Wish I could leave you 0 stars! Order the 3 piece chicken meal. The young woman who took the order this Sunday night had a very bad attitude. About 7 pm. When I arrived at the window to pay for order, she was even more rude. When I got my chicken it was swimming in a little ocean of Grease. Absolutely disgusting! It was unbelievable. It's almost like someone did that on purpose. I've eaten here before, order the same meal and it was never swimming in grease and they've had terrible customer service before but the food is usually OK.the chicken can be greasy but never swimming in grease like tonight. I'm done going to this location and I wish a supervisor would contact me directly, I have photos and want to make a formal complaint!

Friendly, fast service; clean restaurant. The chicken was not cooked well in my opinion. Meat was a bit too pink inside. I tried the new spicy honey chicken and will never get it again.

Do not eat here! The only thing worse than the food at the KFC in Lisle, IL is the employee's attitude! In a time that restaurants are bending over backwards for customers, this one is trying to steal their money and insult them.

Super dirty place!!! Never coming back. Took 10 minutes to get my food. Lazy employees and dirty place.
