Very very slow!! Ordered the 10 piece meal with only breast and thighs mashed potatoes and gravy with Cole slaw however after waiting 15 + minutes the kid hands us our food and says here is your legs and thighs...I checked it and sure enough it was legs and thighs not 1 single breast in there so my husband stood up there at the counter for several minutes and a girl walked up to the counter he tells her it's wrong and she mumbled something and walked away completely ignoring my husband! The kid finally comes back he tells him it is wrong so he takes the bucket and puts the breast in it....I swear to you we get home and we have macaroni and cheese no potatoes and gravy! Needless to say I will not be going back there any time soon!

Got home to realize order was messed up😢 My own fault for not checking it better at store but quite disappointed as was trying to make it a quick easy dinner for my family and everyone got a bit short of what they got because of it. Really wish they'd have better communication to avoid this issue as not the 1st time and people don't want to have to return to store when they got fussy hungry kids .

That is slowest place ever. It took almost 10 minutes to get to the speaker. I had to leave because it took so long. Never again will i go there!!

Tried to order an 18 bucket of extra crispy and they were out of breasts said it would take 20 minutes, they were out of all breasts @ 7:30 on a Sunday night....

False advertising for one. The advertise that they deliver. They don't. They just let grub hub deliver their food. Otherwise, it's fast food, you get what you pay for, clogged arteries and obesity.

Messed up an entire order twice. Went through the first time and got 2 combos. Wrong sides were given and both sandwiches had mayo on them when they weren't supposed too. Called and they said come back we will replace the order. Got there all they did was replace the sandwiches, they didnt give us any of the sides or popcorn chicken. will never go back to this location.
