This visit I was not impressed. They forgot to give me my 2 side salads. Simple solution get your employees to recite your order before handing it over to the customer.

Great experience today trying plant based chicken. I really hope this catches on.

Service is PATHETIC.. Way too slow drive thru.. And overall service is just.. Plain... Garbage.

i order popcorn chicken in the drive thru...and i saw through the window she drop the order on the floor and give it to me.... i was shock ... please be careful ... they did not wear any gloves... very bad experience...

Vegan KFC for one day only! Vegan popcorn chicken and vegan chicken sandwich! Both are amazing!!

Staff were very busy, and still managed fantastic customer service. My order was correct, but, the pop was warm,, no ice, (put some ice in cup when I got home, so no problem there) and the chicken was a bit dry (rather have it on the dry side than soggy or underdone) As I said, they were very busy, and still managed to have a high standard of customer service...will definitely go back.

Lack of manners, not enough fresh products. Evening staff have no manners to talking the customers even they just see us and go without punching orders. Chicken is like hell. Their food taste like it was made from afternoon and they're serving in evening. Even though when customer ask about it they don't take complaints and argue with them.

Customer service is seriously lacking, The chicken we got was good.. HOWEVER the big crunch tasted very very stale and it's like it was sitting there for hours before it was given to us.. we asked for well dome fries and they were soggy instead...We wanted to dine in and were given a bag.. once I told the server we wished to dine in.. the bag was simply placed on a tray, I even asked the server "seriously ??" And she said yes.. wont be going back to this location

Nice friendly staff today. The order took too long to get done and nobody was at the counter for a bit until we placed the order but the girl weekend too busy with the drive through. The food was good and fresh and she gave us free drinks because we forgot to order it at first .

Dry thru bad attitude cashier. food ok

1 star is to much for them I I found hair in my salad And the chicken it was not cooked from inside Don't lose your money in this store👎👎👎

Place very clean, staff very friendly and nice

A very clean and tidy restaurant, staff were very friendly and guided me through the order process by asking me if I needed any specific meat part. Which was great. Wonderful location would certainly come here again if I am in there area.

Amazing. Stopped in 2 min to close, thanks to my daughter's dance and they were great. They still made what they cold nice and fresh. They were friend and more than willing to make sure we all had hot, fresh food. I would highly recommend this KFC. Not just because of the quality of the food that you will receive, but because of the friendly staff. Please please support our local KFC, this is one place that needs to stick around forever!
