First things first...check your order before you pull off. Yes they're on a timer but it's worth the extra 10 seconds to make sure you don't waste gas coming back. The food is usually really good and satisfying but sometimes they get it wrong. No ones perfect, it's life

The fried chicken is good but their Mac n' cheese is great, very cheesy

Only have Original and Extra Crunchy with Spicy.Got the Extra Crunchy.Not Crunchy at all, more like the Original.Very spicy for me and I like spicy.Good service , need to work on getting the Chicken just right.

Service was slow, my order was missing the biscuits. The drink was colored water. I called and got an answering machine. Grant it this was 8.50 a box. Lacking organization skills. That on management. I should have gone to churches. They are cheaper and they don’t mess up people orders. I don’t live close so I really feel cheated.

I love the food there, but I dont understand why you cant order online without having to go inside to pick it up, you should be able to drive through as it defeats the entire purpose. I also dont understand why Singapore and all these other countries have a KFC app but not the USA where it originated. This is just stupid.

KFC is being reintroduced to the Lafayette area. I had the honey mustard chicken strips. They were "good" the mashed potatoes and gravy was plain at best. The biscuit lacked everything. I was excited to try it and was left wanting more.

Food is good service is good, I will say though their parking lot/drive through is the worst. The design of it could ha e been created way better.

Great after I was given fresh out of the grease chicken but didn't give a fresh breast of the original. You have the best cole slaw.

I sit here in the drive thru literally 25 min after placing my order. Two chicken sandwiches thats it. Cant get it accomplished with KFC. I dont know why they are opening new locations as the chicken is super small and the service is super slow. 35 minutes at the drive thru customers driving around me and leaving at least 10 of them. They wont be open long at this pace!! Worst ever!!

I love chicken so the addition of the local KFC is awesome! The chicken I think is really good but it's just not the Louisiana cuisine I'm used to.

Love the food because I'm from Oakland, California in we had a KFC at my hometown and I been staying in Lafayette, Louisiana for 19 years I was excited to hear that they were building another KFC in Lafayette, Louisiana
