Keystone Roadside BBQ

It took 5 minutes before someone put my order on the grill, food was on the grill for only about minute. Currently sitting in parking lot poking at this tiny portion of cold pulled pork. Will not eat here again, looks like I'm not the only one. Wonder what food establishment will fill this soon-to-be vacant space.

Pulled pork bowl was cold, not actually pulled pork and was only about 1/4 cup of cubed pork. Too expensive fir the prtion. Will never buy anything here again.

Not sure why all the 1 star reviews, got a pulled pork sandwich for <$8 and it was pretty solid

I ordered cheese steak, specifically asked no onions and of course I got onions, cashier was inattentive and was talking and having fun with other staff members instead of being focused on her job, I knew in advance that she was trouble and this was gonna happen, so I liked the food, but staff they do not care!

Food was good. Over priced for portion size. They gave me the wrong food. I ordered pulled chicken and they gave me pork which considering I was the only person in line... that's just careless

Great cheap BBQ on your way between Philly and Allentown. Prices are low, quality is consistent with a good food truck, portions are bigger than expected. Employees were nice and service was good. We had their chili Mac and a pulled chicken sandwich and they were delicious.

Three in different employees working as slowly as possible doing as little as possible for as long as they can. People standing around waiting for simple sandwiches that they make one at a time with no concern for how long it is taking. No urgency at all. Fewest people in line out all the places in the Allentown service plaza food court but still takes the longest

My pulled chicken bowl was very very small.

you don't want to go here trust me you just want to please you did not want to go and eat food and put that stuff into your body foods horrible over price on the cook small portion staff as no customer service whatsoever just a real bad experience and really shouldn't go there to another good place to go good place to eat they really have no type of courtesy have young people working back there and it's just just trashed.

Don’t go here unless you have 30 minutes to wait for the employees to take your order and make it. Food wasn’t terrible when it came out by $13 for a Pulled Pork Sandwich, MAC and Cheese and a Snapple. The funny thing is I ordered a pulled chicken sandwich and she even verbally acknowledged me. As the line got longer, stated “does it ever stop, this blows.”

Worst BBQ place ever, the advertisement is way off the food is horrible for a BBQ place more like a McDonald’s BBQ but McDonald’s is way better trust me and it’s overpriced you would think the price is a reflection of the food but nope only reason I didn’t ask for my money back was to avoid confrontation one last thing only thing good about this place is that it helps keep some of our citizens employed

Friendly service, but that’s only good thing here. The pulled pork they gave us wasn’t even pulled, it was so bad I could only eat a quarter of it, it cost 9 dollars for just a small appetizer dish, and it didn’t come with a fork or napkin so we had to get it from a different vendor

People please....READ THE REVIEWS....Got the 4 tender meal,I even asked if it was decent size tenders and she said they where great....I felt robbed,food not worth paying for..EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for what you get...so if you want to feel like getting robbed paying double the price for a "kids meal" then be my guest....we need to make these thieves learn a lesson...makethem go bankrupt....don't spend the product of your hard work here....

Don’t talk bad about food here. Was just inside 30 minutes ago when. Asked for a frito pie, young girl’s response “we don’t have chili for a frito pie”. So I asked what was good, response from same young girl - what ever your preference is. Now mind you I have never been to this place before. So I said I’ll just take a pulled pork bowl I guess. So while ringing that up she says you guess?? And I say yeah I guess. Her response under her breath, “not with that attitude.” Needless to say I asked for the manager. He was nice. But I think there needs to be more than just having a talk and paperwork needs to be done.

When I was there the place was terribly understaffed. The manager was actually doing most of the cooking. We waited for 15 minutes for our food, which wasn't that good. Overall I'm not pleased with HMS Host at this location. Most of the restaurants have long lines and wait times. I'm not sure if they're responsible for cleaning tables, but they're often a mess. PA Turnpike should reconsider their contract when it comes up for renewal.
