Ketchum Corner Kreem

Ketchum’s corner kreem is an extremely unsanitary business that is very poorly ran. Their employees do not clock in or out, they do not receive time sheets and sometimes the “manager” even has her employees working WITHOUT paying them!! I myself have worked here and I can hands down say it is not a good work environment. (Or a clean one.... fruits flys all over. even found them in the machine when I had to take it down one time) the manager is very rude to her employees, is never at the shop to help run it and barley answers the phone when her employees call needing help. Once all the ice cream machiens stopped working and it was up to a 15 year old, 16 year old and 17 year old to figure it out because the “manager” didn’t want to answer our calls. Corner kreem is honestly a joke and I do not recommend going OR working there!!

Will never go back. We used to love this place. The prices went up and the portion size went way down. I ordered a medium cone and got a kiddy cone. Never again.
