Kentucky Fried Chicken Gen Ofc

Place closes at 10:00 PM. I was there at 8:30PM. I waited 20 minutes for my order after being told it would be 3 minutes. I watched 4 employees stand around setting chairs on tables and and talking in between. The guy apologized for the wait but went no further. I understand things happen. I took my order and went on home. What I got was not what I ordered. What I got was something no one would order. The chicken was in a puddle of grease and has a weird grainy substance covering it. I am guessing the flavoring they use comes in powder form. I tried to eat it. I was sick within 10 minutes.

Everything was fresh, hot, and ready very quickly. Wish I had a KFC in Jonesborough

Biscuit was hard but I was able to get a buffet one and it was fresh

Ordered a dozen wings. Was told 10-12 minute wait. Took 20 minutes. Plus these weren't chicken wings. One day, when they grow up, they might be chicken wings. Right now, they are about the size of parakeet wings. By far, the smallest wings I've been served anywhere. And finally, I was just standing still in the lobby and I think I was still moving faster then half the employees. The photo is actually one of 12 identical chicken wings. That's a US quarter next to the wing.

Was great, was crowded because we didnt beat the Baptist here after church on Sunday but was good, clean and the staff was super friendly.

Ordered buffet and we got 1 piece of chicken we was there over an hour there was about 10 other customers and there was no chicken when we ordered we requested chicken about 20 mins later we finally got a piece of chicken but by then everybody needed chicken we requested 2 more times but they didn't bring anymore chicken so after waiting 45 mins we had to leave. This happened around 4:30 pm on a thursday

Very satisfied with the food and service

My daughter loves the popcorn chicken. They missed up the order and fixed it with no problem.

KFC has all kinds of chicken done up many ways. The 5$ meals are pretty good. You may have to wait for the food but it's not super long. Good

Newly promoted shift manager had everythingunder control, She was very kind and efficient.Still one of my favorite places to eat.

The Buffet was Great! But it was $10 a person! $20, for me & my Husband.. Yikes. You can eat cheaper than that at Red Flower & have left overs to take home! Of course you can't take your leftovers home. & they only gave us 2 plates each. No dessert plates..making us feel like we couldn't ask for more plates. But the food was so freaking good!!!

A#1 Buffet always clean and good hot food... Can't beat the colonels chicken!!!

Great food on the buffet except there were not any breast pieces.
