0 stars should SERIOUSLY be an option!!!! Waiting 40 minutes for my food after waiting almost 20 to order is absolutely unacceptable. This happened the last time I came here and I thought it was just an unfortunate fluke. I could have cooked a raw rotisserie chicken at home in the time it took to get my chicken tenders and coleslaw. UNBELIEVABLE!!! ZERO sense of urgency to be seen from anyone including the manager on duty!! Employees cracking jokes and talking about taking a break in the middle of 40 minute wait on food. I will never come back here. EVER!

Horrible customer service. Very disappointed. I was in drive-thru and the lady was like “potatoes wedges right ” and so I thought yeah. And she didn’t even give me my drinks. Then I realize they gave me the wrong order. I go back and tell them. I am sitting there waiting for the them to redo my order and they are just standing there talking. Until i get up and ask them if they were making my order and they said sorry they throw away your ticket. And finally they give me my food and I am still missing my mashed potatoes and biscuits! So frustrating!
