Keith's Hamburger Station

Very disappointed. I should have left when the lady taking my order was so rude. They were quick getting our food to us but when we got home the food was horrible. The steak fingers were small and had no flavor, the salad was all brown and old looking, the only decent part of the meal was the fries. I hate we had this experience because we used to love Keith’s now guess we have to find somewhere else to get steak fingers.

Good for fast food.

I paid $16 to feed two people a single patty burger and small fries and I can’t even get my order fully cooked. The patty on both was fairly raw. That’s the last time I’ll eat here, despite friendly staff.

Sure hated it when they moved plum across town. Could eat here with gluten issues. Before diagnoses of gluten, I loved the steak fingers, much better than Buddy's (Andrews) steak fingers. Sure wish I could get some gluten free ones.

Steak fingers are the best, but they have great burgers as well.

Best steak fingers in west texas!

The food is pretty decent, we love the steak fingers, but the fries are obviously frozen. Sweet tea is pretty good. Service is horrible. Employees are extremely rude. If the owner or manager took some time training the employees, or at least hiring someone with some customer service skills, this place would have a higher rating.

I just wish we had a Keith's in east Houston. The best steak fingers you ever had. It is perfection....what more can I say.

Don't get me wrong. I love this place. Usually go to the one on Andrews Hwy for steak fingers. But today, was in the mood for their soul food. No luck. They dropped it from the menu. Wasn't impressed with the kids working there either. Just a job to them.

It ain't atmosphere, it's good hot food pretty quick. Steak fingers are great and so is the hamburger. Can't go wrong on price.
