Totally unexpected, this place is one of those spots that you see ALL the cars in the lot and you must go in and check it out. So glad we did. The food was amazing and the service was good too. Will definitely be going back.

Hamburger was delicious. Waitress very friendly. Could use a few more lights and a good cleaning.

This place was amazing like the hamburger covered in gravy and onions..... the gumbo was decent I had better.... the service was awesome most services wait till everyone food is done but I was happy that KDs brought it out as it was ready. Which is really good because no one wants a cold meal.... I can say it’s a place I will be returning to when I’m back in the area.... follow IG @QC_Foodies

KD’s Dinner is a true Gem! My sister said, “It was freaking delicious!” From the super courteous waitress to the perfectly cooked bacon! If you’re ever in Lake Charles and want some amazing breakfast STOP by KD’s Dinner!

The staff was very welcoming and fun, I ordered a homemade buger and it was delicious. The patty was thick and juicy, the bun was fresh and just perfect. The atmosphere was really relaxing, the building's decoration was beautiful, and I would love to eat there again. Also decently priced.

Waitress was nice. My OM eggs were NOT OM though. Whites were a bit overdone. One of the yolks was busted and overcooked. If I had planned on dipping toast in the yolk, I probably would have had the cook redo them. Bacon was good,. Biscuits were super tasty. Grits were awesome and the portion was huge.

Has a cool old school vibe. Music they were playing was awesome. I enjoyed the large breakfast. Everything made to order and cooked right. My hubby said the French toast was good but the bread wasn't what he expected. Think it was sour dough. Service was ok. Could've refilled our coffee but other than that. I'd go back

Loved this place very busy but very fast service. Great food. We love Jake the regular customer and his friends. Please let Jake know that Roxy (the boxer) says hello and already missed him and his friends!

All I can say if you haven't tried KD's you're missing out. The staff is awesome, the food is delicious, the price is great. Always worth stopping in.

Really smile mom and pop. It really has a family vibe. While I was there, I met Mr. Francis and everyone coming through spoke to him.

This was a popular place, one day before Christmas was extremely busy. Took a while to get all of our ordes. The waitress was moving as fast as she could, by the way the breakfast was good

Came here last year with a group of friends from Texas their breakfast was amazing and are waiter was awesome he took all our crazy orders without a pin and paper and got everything right . Today I wanted some good ole gumbo and decided to try theirs since my last experience was good! The gumbo hit the spot . Everytime I come to Louisiana i will be coming here !
