Phenomenal food - very creative chef and very nice people there

Every meal I've had here has been excellent. The stir fry is savoury, spiced well, and reasonably portioned; the pho and noodle bowls are some of the best I've had in Buffalo. It's not too busy during lunch hours for a quick bite and you can get delivery through third party apps (like SkipTheDish), which is nice. The staff is attentive and the prices are decent.

My very first visit was a great one. Chris greeted my friends and I at the door, he was friendly and very knowledgeable the menu items. I wanted something spicy and he recommended the Somen Broth which was excellent. Needless to say but I will be going back to try other menu items.

My first Kaydara experience today was wonderful! The Ramen soup was delicious -perfect blend of spicy with just a hint of sweetness! Host/server Chris was phenomenal! Will definitely be returning for round 2 soon!!

The dish I got was quite spicy and had no indication of spice on the menu. The hostess was also uninviting and rude.

Great food, prompt service. Eat here at least once or twice a week.

The food was a 3, but clearly overpriced. There are much better restaurants that charge a more reasonable price (e.g. Niagara Seafood, Teton Kitchen, Peking Quik-One...I know, not too many options, but remember, this is Buffalo).If you're hungry and want a change of food, buy your own - you can make just as good tasting food for a cheaper price.PS - be careful, their fruit water costs $2, but they try offering it like it's free.

Food was great and people was wonderful, will stop again next time in Buffalo. Thank you ladies for wonderful foods and companies.

Their food is the definition of fresh. You can see the open kitchen. They have an open floor plan. The servers are knowledgeable & patient. They'll show you how to use chopsticks! They'll answer all your questions. Their homemade ginger pop is amazing. Their desserts are not to be missed. This only costed $10 more for two ppl than a chain asian restaurant that's not even half as great as Kaydara. I've gone 4x in the past yr & it's superb every time.

Loved that the Ramen noodles were homemade. Loved the set up of the restaurant. Food tasted fresh and amazing.

The food isn't bad but it wasn't amazing. The ramen felt overcooked and under spiced. The atmosphere and service were great.

Authentic and awesome noodle bowl. Asian tomato and cucumber is great Asian spin on American classic.

It was here I had my first Pho and I loved it. the broth had a great flavours and everything in it went well. i will definitely go back to try out the other items on the menu.
