Overall a very nice experience. Katsuya makes high quality sushi and has many unique dishes. The only negative of this restaurant is their customer service, it could be much improved.

I absolutely love this sushi spot!! The food is amazing and SUPER fresh. Had the kanpachi jalapeno with a spicy scallop roll on soy. That did not let me down. Also, Sean our server was really cool. Highly recommended.

Best on the planet. Everything is phenomenal and service is flawless. Coolness and appreciated service from Sean. 10/10 recommend everytime!

Amazing experience. Will definitely be back. The food was incredible, but the service is what put it over the top. Christine was always smiling, attentive to our table, always made sure we had drinks, and just made for a terrific first visit. We will be back and will ask to deal with her for all the reasons mentioned above.

Great place for sushi in the Americana that I go to often. It's is crucial to make a reservation, and ask for the booths cause they give a great 360 view of everything.The food is delicious. The place is cool and energetic like our server Sean!! Fun place for dinner with friends on the weekends.

I adore this venue very much. It has a romantic mood. The meals are great. the service is dynamic and the team is polite. The pay is reasonable. I definitely recommend.

Jane was amazing and made wonderful drink suggestions! They just recently changed their cocktail menu and I was a little lost. She suggested the Sakai Spritz and its my new favorite. Thanks Jane!

Best sushi we’ve had so far! Had a great time with my husband and we both felt the need to leave a separate review because of the customer service. That is important to us and she deserves it. Christine was great. She was so nice, punctual, upbeat, and always checking on us throughout the night. Five-star service time go along with a five-star meal! We will definitely be back.

What a fantastic experience! This place has outdone my other favorite sushi spot Kabuki in Glendale. Food was quick and delicious. Sean helped us pair our food with some amazing drinks. Can't go wrong with a shishito gimlet!

Came in last night and ordered a rainbow roll. Roll was super fresh and delicious. Sean recommended some good wine in the beginning. We went a bottle of meiomi --excellent choice!

First time at this location! We sat on the second floor patio. It was so nice once the sun went down. The second floor hostess, Hanna, was very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, great service and food. We will be back very soon!

Great outdoor seating both down and upstairs with a beautiful view of the fountain! Sushi is always fresh and staff is friendly. Server Jane was so nice and helped us out with all of our questions.

I was in tonight and both the food and the service were outstanding! Thank you to my server Ashley for not only recommending great food items but also great drinks! I tried the katsuya fresh and liked it but then Ashley suggested that I try the citron cloud sour and it was delicious!! I will definitely be in to have another one soon!

We ordered one appetizer and three dishes. Two of them came out 30 minutes after the first one. Appetizer came out after dishes. We asked not to put an egg in ramen, they put an half cold boiled egg in! And don’t expect to get coin change here. They just don’t care what you say.

Dining in for Happy Hour. Luis the bartender is very kind and have great customer service. Watermelon Cucumber Mojito is very delightful. Can’t stop drinking them. Sushi is very fresh. 1st time customer and it won’t be my last.
