Chef Giuseppe Scalcos loves to cook Greek. You can taste the love in every bite. He is the commander in chief of this restaurant and it shows in the service, the bar and mainly in the food experience he brings to the table. I have spent every summer in Greece for the last 20 years. I know and appreciate Greek cuisine. I have been to many of the Greek restaurants in New York City. The flavors, herbs and spices in this place can only be compared to food I experienced in Greek restaurants and homes I visited in Greece.

Somewhat limited options for vegetarians, you'll have to cobble together some appetizers mostly. Delivery is pretty quick, but they suck at following instructions, like no plastic silverware. The Revithada is forgettable, the spreads are pretty decent, but could use more bread to scoop them up.
